Also deactivated characters also don't count because you could have deactivated a character and signed up again on the petition with your new character, thus getting +2 points whereas usually you'd only get 1. So nope, deactivated characters don't count.

I'm on the fence about deactivated characters counting because I have no way of knowing if a deactivated character is counted and then the same person is back on an activated character and signs up again. I don't want to go through all the trouble of looking at the deactivations to see who people are... so I suppose I'll count deactivated characters ONLY if someone provides proof they are NOT here on an activated character just to get double points for votes.

By proof I mean, please link to me the deactivation post of the deactivated player, so I can see who they are coming back as or NOT coming back. If you do this, then I'll accept deactivated players.

Also obviously no pets allowed. Kim will not count them because they are not actual characters. And if you knew ANYTHING about Kim, you'd know that he's not just allergic to cats, he's terrified of them due to the extreme trauma he went through in the past because of them. If you signed the petition and didn't even know that, you should get a -1 point.... I mean this thing about cats is the most basic Kim thing to know!!!! Don't just sign the petition if you know nothing about Kim!!!!!

on the other hand, if you corner him with cats, he might just agree to anything
