Tracey was quite curious with what Genevieve's answer will be. Tracey had a feeling she would be in Ravenclaw, since while she attended muggle school, she got good grades, and when her mother taught her about the wizarding world, she would always get the correct answer. She heard Genevieve's answer and actually liked it. She smiled at her new friend and said,
"That's really cool! I also won't be in Slytherin. My father was tho. My mother was a Gryffindor, so I probably won't be a Gryffindor. I'm an only child, but I really don't see myself in Hufflepuff, so I'd say I'll be in Ravenclaw. I also hope that we'll be in the same house, but if not we could hangout or see each other in classes, right?"
There was a possibility for the two girls to be sorted into the same house, but there's also a much bigger possibility that they won't be in the same house. While she had said that, Tracey felt her cat, Tiger, jump onto her and sat down on her lap. She smiled at Tiger and pet him. She then looked back at Genevieve and said,
"This is my little baby, Tiger. He won't bite, and he's really nice,"
Tracey decided to tell Genevieve this just in case she wanted to pet Tiger and was afraid that he'd bite her, but then again if she didn't, it's fine as well.

Tracey played with Tiger while waiting for Genevieve to respond to what she had said. Tiger looked at the two girls and liked Genevieve already, but like his owner, he wasn't sure if she'd like him. Tracey smiled at Genevieve and then said,
"I'm glad you'd like to hangout with me at Hogwarts. Maybe we could owl each other as well? Or maybe meet up in the Great Hall if we're not in the same house? But hopefully we'll be in the same house, but if not, hopefully we'll have the same classes or some of the came classes so we could see each other,"
Tracey was excited for her first year at the castle. She was also excited to know if she'll be sorted into the same house as her new friend. Tracey's smile grew when she heard that Genevieve loves animals. She then said,
"I'm glad you love animals. I do too! Maybe you'll get him during summer break before we become second years? I know! I fell in love with him right when I got him! I got him recently actually. I got him this year while shopping for my school supplies. My parents decided to buy him for me,"
Tiger closed his eyes and let Genevieve pet him. When he felt her stop, he opened his eyes and jumped off of Tracey's lap and landed in Genevieve's lap. He then curled up and fell asleep.
"Aw, he really does like you," Tracey says at the sight of Tiger on Genevieve's lap.

Tracey smiled at the sight of Tiger happily sleeping on Genevieve's lap, and was happy with her response. Tracey's smile grew as she became more happier. Slowly, she began getting yellow highlights, but she quickly got rid of them. She then heard Genevieve's question, and the young girl had to think for a bit. She really couldn't pick her favorite magical creature, so she said,
"Hmm, I can't pink one. I love them all! But, if I gotta pick my top five, it'll be unicorns, dragons, nifflers, phoenixs, and hippogriffs. They all seem so cool, but I love all of the magical creatures, like you do. For non magical, I love them all, but I'd say lions, tigers, or cats, or and bunnies! I named Tiger after the animal, since he kinda looks like one. Dontcha agree?"
After she had said that, the train had took a turn, and Tracey had almost slid right into the window, but she didn't. She nodded her head at what Genevieve said and then heard her ask what Tracey likes to do in her free time. The young girl smiles at Genevieve before saying,
"Your right, we really have been on the train for a while. We should go get changed soon. But, I love to go out for walks and obviously play with Tiger,"

Tracey looked out the window and noticed that they were almost at Hogwarts. Tracey grabbed Tiger and put him back into the cat cage so he wouldn't get lost when they reached the school, then she pulled out her robes from her trunk. When she sat down she heard Genevieve speak. Tracey smiled at the girl then said,
"I'm glad you agree with me! Honestly, I was having a hard time picking between Tiger and another cat. That's so cool! Maybe at Hogwarts we could go on walks together and I could bring Tiger with us too! How does that sound?"
While waiting for a response from Genevieve. She saw her getting her robes from her trunk. Then when she had sat back down, Tracey noticed that she was looking at her hair, she had definitely noticed the color change, and when she spoke, Tracey knew it was true. Tracey then began to worry about how she'd think when Tracey told her that she had an ability, but Tracey took in a deep breath and decided to tell her new friend the truth, since she didn't want to hide anything from her.
"No, I didn't put a spell on it. And yes, it did change color. I have a special ability that allows me to change my appearance, but the only thing I can do now is change my hair color, eye color, and I think the shape of my nose, tho I've never tried it. I tend to not change my eye color, since I think it's weird, so that's why my hair had just changed color, and then it turned back to brown. The ability is called Metamorphmagus. Have you heard of it before?" Tracey explains.

When Tracey heard Genevieve's reply to going for walks at Hogwarts, Tracey smiled brightly at her new friend and was glad that she said yes, so she said,
"Yay! I'm glad! Yes, indeed, Tiger would love that a lot, since he already loves you, he'd love going out for walks with you too,"
Images of the three of them out for walks came into Tracey's head making her smile at the thought of them going out for walks. They could get to learn more about each other too.
"Well, now you know it exists. Really, you think its cool? Oh, that's true, I never tried that before tho, maybe I'll try it out sometime," Tracey says.
Genevieve's reply shocked Tracey, but she was glad that her new friend didn't think she was weird or a freak.
"I could change in here and you could change in the bathroom. That ok with you?" Tracey asks.
Even tho Genevieve had gave her a choice, but she still wanted to make sure it was fine with her friend.
"I'm excited too! Hopefully we get sorted into the right house, and maybe we could owl each other sometime if we aren't in the same house to figure out when we'll be going on a walk?" Tracey suggests.
