little rant and TWs
ok so y'all may have noticed my absence idk.. i had really been getting my life together. Recently, I was diagnosed w/ severe depression and reactive attachment disorder (yall can search up the symptoms of that in teens if u want) and everything has gone downhill. I got dumped and spiraled and my straight A's turned into straight D's. I came back on hio during that time because my parents took away my phone to punish me and said I was being dramatic (they don't believe in mental health stuff.) TW: I went into a crisis and they finally got me a therapist. Life went uphill, I met a new boy. I got my phone back and managed to get my grades up to a B. Me and this boy were supposed to go on a date yesterday, but the night before my parents caught me on call with him at night. I got in so much trouble and this boy is stressing bc my parents are insane. And my dad is the wrestling coach at our hs and this boy wants to talk to him in person and I'm scared for him and for us. And I'm so mad because I feel like my life was going uphill BECAUSE of this boy. He was healing me, honestly. TW I've had awful exes. I've been threatened with a g*n by one, screamed at by an alcoholic, cheated on.. he was the first nice boy I've met. And bc I stayed up with him, my door has been taken down. Before this, I had a safety plan set up by my therapist and my parents couldn't let me have anything to hide stuff. My room now consists of a matress on the floor, an empty desk, shoes piled in my closet (no shelves in my closet anymore, they even took my legos) they took my stuffed animals and my pillows, they took everything. And now they took my door and wont let me continue talking to this boy and they screamed at me outside in front of the neighbors. This happened within the past 2 weeks. A week ago, (due to my anger issues, a side affect of RAD), I got so mad at my therapist for not letting me talk that I hung up the call before it was over and burst into angry tears. My mom thought nothing of it, but because I got my phone taken again she's bringing that incident up and saying I'm too complicated and I need to not be picky with therapists. And idk if I'm spiraling again but it feels like the life I had tried so hard to patch up for the past 4 months is about to fall apart again
