Once your account is deactivated by staff, you can go to the main page of the site and press 'register a new account' at the bottom. Same way you made your first account. So you'd make a brand new account. Your old account will be deactivated which I assume means you won't be able to log into it? I've never deactivated before so not entirely sure whether you can even log in to a deactivated account or not. But yeah, you'd make a brand new account.
