Your RPG storyline idea : It’s been a while since Avery hosted a spicy hotpot cookout. We’ll be boiling some Chinese food in super-hot spicy and mouth-numbing broth, while vulnerably sharing a slice of our deepest selves with fellow diners. Who knows if the night ends in friendship, a fight with everyone limping away, or diarrhea. It can go (and has gone) in all sorts of different ways in the past. Let me know if you want to join this year’s iteration.
