Others: BoldIt was, to put it simply, a verbose day. Or, in even plainer terms, a day during which Astra could not be content with using average vocabulary. Be it Tolkien's fault or simply an alignment of the stars one may never know.
The unnecessary use of her expanded vernacular was calling, quite persuasively. And Astra was not of the mind to turn down complex phrasing and uncommon and little-used words.
Our heroine, or, so she would prefer you to believe, was of a wandering mood in both discourse and a literal sense. She found herself in a grove she frequented often, the grove where, she would recall with anything but fondness, a large tree rodent (read: a squirrel) was in a mind of violence and decided to attempt at eating her best friend's face. This perhaps had been the result of an ill-founded impulse of Astra's to chitter at the squirrel in it's own tongue, but she did not tend to dwell on that.
The ginger also could have possibly broken school rules by utilizing magic outside of the classroom. Out of necessity, naturally, but it was still defying the powers that be.
Astra went to this same tree, this grand oak, and began her ascent, straddling a rather low hanging branch to observe the people milling about.
Her intrigue was in the international students, those that had ventured to Hogwarts for the (in her opinion) perilous and disastrous Fall Ball. And so her cerulean eyes swept the grounds, simply absorbing the scene from on high. Which wasn't very high.
"Quite a substantial crowd of persons to be skulking around in such a manner," she said aloud, to none but herself. "Makes one wonder how humanity gets anything done when we loiter about so frequently."

Sherlock was looking for a quiet place that morning. One corner at the Hogwarts grounds seemed good enough, and under a big tree he sat. A squirrel came, its nose twitching, and the preteen boy tried to coax it to smell his finger, to recognise him and know that he approached it as a friend. But the little one did not look interested, and scurried away to look for nuts or to go home.
The blond sighed, and busied himself with another observation. Brown eyes scanned the surrounding, ears ready to catch even the slightest sound, nose took in any smell nature offered. Unfortunately for the Castelobruxo kid, just as he began to enjoy himself, came the voice of a human speaking in English. The person spoke to no one but herself, but she spoke loudly, as if the grounds of Hogwarts was a stage and she in a play, an actress portraying a character delivering a soliloquy.
Sherlock gave her nothing but a glimpse, deciding that he did not want to stay here anymore. Not that he had anything personal against her, but he never liked loud people because they destroyed the peace and quiet that he loved so much. Neither did he like attention seekers, one of the worst types of people ever existed. He thus prepared to take a flight.

The world is in despair not because there are many bad people, but because there are many good people who do nothing.

Others: #theirhexAstra noticed the boy below did not quite her assessment of the situation. She had not realized her proclamation to be loud in a disturbing sense, as her voice was usually quiet. Not timid, mind you, merely lacking in decibels. So the first year did not recognize her speech-esque volume, otherwise the silence would have barely been disturbed. Merely ripples, not waves.
She studied the boy who was now readying to leave. Blond, small. He had earlier attempted to coax a squirrel to himself, she recalled. She wondered if that was the poor unfortunate creature who had encountered herself and Renelle.
She adjusted herself on the branch, her hand slipping and breaking off a small square of bark. With a yelp of shock, she slipped upside down, legs hugging the branch's girth as tightly as they could. "Apologies, sir," she said through gritted teeth, scrabbling for a hold on the topside but only succeeding in breaking more bark off. "My fall may be imminent, so I urge you to move."
Ah, joy! A small stub, likely from a broken offshoot, scraped across her palm and she set a deathgrip on it, hauling herself up.And then it broke. How incredibly ill-fated.str check d20+5 = 8, fail
Hopefully the inauspicious boy had moved out of the way in time. Astra fell, hard, on her back. The wind was knocked out of her as she made impact.

Sherlock screamed in surprise and pain as the body from the tree landed on his back, heavier than it actually was thanks to gravitational potential energy. His chest and tummy hit the ground, back and neck were squeezed by the body above. He was usually a non-vocal person, keeping pain and surprise inside his head, but then again, this was not a usual circumstance.
He wanted to cry, but was afraid the pupil on top of him would be laughing at him. Therefore, the Castelobruxo boy lay still where he was, stabilising his breath by breathing in and out, in and out, deeply. He did not attempt to move; well, perhaps later he would, but he did not feel like to at the moment. Sherlock did not even check if the other student was still on top of him, or if she had rolled or stood to move. Currently, his brain could neither detect nor register whether there was any additional weight for his body; focus solely spent on breathing.
Dark brown eyes closed, safely protected behind pale eyelids as the owner slowly, gradually started to relax. If someone saw him, they might as well thought he either was sleeping or lost consciousness.
