"TRADITORE! TRAITOR!" Kyle yelled throwing his apple at the back of David's head who was sitting at the Gryffindor table happily chatting. David incoherently yelled about the pain before whipping around to look at the perpetrator, the surprise was quite visible on his face. If you had asked Kyle a couple weeks before he would have said not in a million years would he ever fight one of his siblings, especially not David, him and David were quite close, of course they all were but him and David had a special connection that was hard to describe in words. But ever since the burdening letter, everything had changed. Who once was considered a loving brother was now considered a backstabber to Kyle.

"Kyle? Che cazzo stai facendo? What the fuck are you doing?" David rubbed the back of his head, looking at Kyle with questioning seafoam eyes. "E di cosa diavolo stai parlando?! And what the hell are you talking about?!"

"Oh, fammi vedere... Oh let me see..." Kyle said in an overtly sweet kind voice. "Forse... forse mi chiedevo solo perché mi mentiresti? Sì, sembra giusto! Maybe... maybe I was just wondering why you would lie to me? Yes, that sounds right!"

David gave him a confused look before repeating himself.
"Di cosa diavolo stai parlando?! what the hell are you talking about?!"

"HAI ROTTO LA TUA PROMESSA! HAI PROMESSO CHE POTREBBERO DIRCI QUALSIASI COSA! YOU BROKE YOUR PROMISE! YOU PROMISED WE COULD TELL EACHOTHER ANYTHING!" Kyle yelled passionately, only making David more confused. "Perché non mi hai detto che non eravamo veri fratelli? Why didn't you tell me we weren't real brothers? Che tua madre non era mia madre? MI HAI INGANNATO DAVID! That your mother wasn't my mother? YOU DECEIVED ME DAVID!"

At this point it was quite obvious what Kyle was referring to as David became red in the face also becoming angry. They both knew that it wasn't really David's fault for this whole mess, but Kyle was throwing gasoline everywhere determined to light up everyone involved, and later we learn to people who weren't....

"ERA PER PROTEGGERTI! IT WAS TO PROTECT YOU! Kyle, NON puoi biasimarmi per questo! Kyle, you can NOT blame me for this! Stavo solo ascoltando quello che i nostri genitori mi dicevano di fare. I was just listening to what our parents told me to do."

"Hai ascoltato l'autorità anche se sapevi che era sbagliato! You listened to authority even though you knew it was wrong! VAFFANCULO! FUCK YOU!" Kyle yelled fists curled before he turned to leave the Great Hall, it was a perfect way to start off a morning.

All day the anger didn't reside as he made snarky remarks and rude comments to people and teachers, Kyle seemed to stomp around everywhere he went. Today was a school day at Hogwarts so he found himself stuck in a stuffy classroom half the day, and the breaks in between each class in the corridors wasn't any better as it was crowded with students and talking paintings. Kyle rolled his eyes at people's conversations, the sight of happy people almost made him want to set the castle on fire or at least barf. If Kyle has been his normal self he would've most likely gone up and introduced himself and maybe even made a couple new friends, but he was not on a good path right now in his life.

When he had first read the cursed letter a red-headed girl named @Astra had consoled him, and he tried to keep her words in his mind but the flames of the negative seemed to swallow all that was left. Kyle scratched the back of his neck, the infernal itchiness of the Hand-Me-down robe didn't make the situation any better. Kyle decided to stop and observe everyone in the hallway, also it was an excuse to stay and not go directly to his next class were he knew he would just fail anyways considering his current-state-of-mind. He was slunk up with his back against the wall letting his cold eyes scan the crowded corridors. Kyle seemed to calm down a bit as he watched people mindlessly run around, chaos of people dropping homework and running into eachother was common here, and made Kyle feel better as it was apparent he wasn't the only one having a bad day.... But he spoke too soon.

It wasn't long before someone tripped over his shoes causing Kyle to stumble slightly, Kyle looked at his shoes. His shoes, one of the only things that Kyle owned that weren't pass-me-downs, that were hand-made Italian leather created by his dear beloved grandfather, just for Kyle.... Now scuffed and marked. Kyle looked swiftly into the face of the perpetrator, it was a boy maybe older than his age with tanned skin, dark hair and eyes. Kyle immediately grabbed the boy's arm harshly.

"SAI QUANTO COSTANO? YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THEY COST? THESE WERE HAND-MADE BY MY GRANDFATHER!" Kyle said with spite in his strong Italian accent, his fingers digging into the dark-haired boy's arms. Kyle stared down with his cold dark eyes that had lost all glint of happiness in the recent weeks....

Bad days was all Jay seemed to have recently. From the lack of sleep to the terrible grades... He just wanted to curl up under his bed and be forgotten. And then he had to act like everything was a-okay when he was writing his letter to his family, which made the exhausted second year almost cry. He didn't know if his mom could tell that he was straight up lying to her, and he sure hoped he wouldn't have to explain the reasons behind WHY he was so down in the dumps. He didn't even know himself at this point.

He woke up. That was the problem. Not matter how many times he passed out on the uncomfortable bed of his, he still woke up. It was disappointing at best, downright dreadful at worst. Jay slept in his uniform, so that was the upside of that. No need feeling like your body isn't your real body, or that your just an imposter in your own life. It was an odd feeling, he'll admit, but it was only way he could explain it. Scraping together a cracked facade, a grin that looked anything but happy and energy he wasn't sure he really had, he started his day.

Around, around, and around goes his thoughts all day. Swirling like a whirlpool, sucking him in. He felt empty. The chatter of everyone was annoying. But he had enough sense to not act like it. Just smile and nod. Don't cry. Don't get angry. Just smile and nod, say you'll do better next time. It was nearly the end of the day. If he just made it to the end without incident, it would be fine. He could go back to his cat, play his guitar, finally get some sleep. Lack of sleep made the second year's judgement clouded.

He really wasn't paying attention as he walked. Going through the motions was really as he was doing. An inner monologue screaming at him to stop tearing up. You don't need to mess up everything you've built up this year. Your image. Think about your image. And so, he took a deep breath. Outwardly showing it was not his style, but he could definitely inwardly feel it. Even if he felt pathetic for doing so. He wanted to punch something. He didn't even know the cocktail of emotions that was brewing inside of him.

Maybe he should've been paying attention, because just as he was about to look up to make sure he was going the right way, he crashed into a boy, simply standing in the middle of the walkway. Whose bright idea was it to stand still in the middle of a hallway, with student's walking everywhere? Apparently, this stupid kids. He got a good look at his face as he came close and yelled at him in a language incomprehensible to him. What was his problem? He looked to the side. Great. His papers were all scattered across the floor. He was going to be late at this rate. He felt the heat rise, and his mind be clouded with red.

"¿Qué coño es tu maldito problema? ¡No hice una mierda!"The fuck is your damn problem? I didn't do shit! English, Divus. Don't forget people don't know Spanish off the top of their heads. "You're the one just standing in the middle of where kids walk! It was like you were asking to get walked into!" A closer look, it seemed the boy was a first year. Of course it was. What else would it be. Reckless, stupid, idiot, first year. Think they own the world and everything in it. His Hispanic accent overpowered his British one by a landslide. "MAYBE you shouldn't have wore the damned shoes your bastard of a grandfather made, eh? Ever think of that?"

Jay shoved the smaller boy away from him. What was he thinking? He probably wasn't. Neither of them was thinking. His blood boiled as he held his arm. Well, he got his wish. He didn't care about his image right now. The smile on his face now genuine. But not because he was happy. No, he felt no happiness in this moment of his life. He was sure he was going to regret it, although he was far beyond caring.

"Don' attack ME and then play the victim, chico." Kindness. Jay has been nothing but kind and energetic, a chaotic good type of person. For people that know him, this was a surprise. Though, the likelihood of someone knowing him in this crowd was low. And so he was free to act true to his feelings.

Apparently, having a bad day was on everyone's to-do list.

Astra had woken up disgruntled with her insufferable but loveable feline felon coughing up enough hair to make another cat. She should've recognized it for a bad omen especially seeing as this made her miss breakfast.

And now that she was used to having meals in the mornings, plus she knew Roderick would have something to say about it. To be frank, she was uninterested in hearing a lecture when he barely conversed with her at all anymore. Trying his hardest. Yeah right. I can't believe him.

Ah, let's not be angry today, Asa.

She slipped through the mass of students busting this way and that to class, only to hear enraged Italian to her left. That voice- Kyle?

He looked different. His long locks, gone. In their place was a buzz. And he looked tired and fired up and so empty, much like the last time she had talked with him.

When he'd found out that life shattering news.

He didn't seem to be doing ok.

The older year, Gryffindork, who he was yelling at yelled right back. Tensions were high, thick, palpable. He shoved Kyle.

Someone bumped into Astra's shoulder, an older year Hufflepuff who profusely apologized. Astra mumbled a response before stepping closer to the wall, and the brewing fight.

Her mind whirled, although an onlooker would see her as dazed (lest that onlooker be Renelle, who knew this face well). The gears turned, trying to figure out what she should do. She was definitely not leaving, and she was definitely not getting a professor involved. They'd already shown themselves to be quite inept at the Ball, she thought, reminded bitterly that her hydrophobia was still present.

Think, Asa. Back to the now.

She wasn't good at mediating. She usually started fights, not stopped them. Astra's eyes flicked over the two boys as if analyzing, studying. If I- no, no, don't interfere! It won't help them, you'll berate yourself for it, it won't help anyone.

Then what am I supposed to do?

There had to be something going around.

Something that had made everyone start their day off on the wrong foot. Something that was just itching to see chaos erupt, until everything had gone too far, until no one could take back what they had done. Something that Renelle seemed to have caught as well.

It had begun the moment she woke up. A bit of advice- put your pet somewhere secure before you go to bed, because otherwise, it was extremely likely that you would wake up with two heady little eyes staring into yours, and- in her case- fur on what felt like every inch on your face.

She’d screamed, and fell off the bed, entangled in sheets and the little pink ball rolling off quickly. She could’ve sworn she saw a small smile on her assailant’s face.

The rest of the morning did not get better from there. For some reason, her robes had decided to thoroughly disappear for a good twenty minutes before breakfast, resulting in a frenzied search that made the first year very unpopular with her dormmates. They’d finally turned up, but the damage was done.

Missing breakfast had been necessary for her to get to class on time, but trudging down the corridor moodily, Renelle couldn’t help but brainstorm potential ways to make Pygmy puff sandwiches. Served Jeff right, after all, for making her skip a meal. So engrossed in her self-pity was she, the Ravenclaw almost walked right into a student close to the wall. “Uh, sorry.” She muttered half-heartedly. Then she peered closer at the girl. “Wait. Astra?”

A grin broke out across her face. Finally, something had gone her way! She quickly got out of the way of the seas of student trying to get to class, pressing against the wall next to her redheaded friend. “You cannot image how glad I am to see you, the morning I’ve had-” Slowly she trailed off, noticing for the first time the expression on Astra’s face. Her calculating face. The one she knew only too well.

Okay, something was wrong. For better or worse, it didn’t take Renelle long to figure out why it was. It wasn’t like the two boys had been exactly discreet with their argument. Yelling. Shoving. Anger only too evident. And two foreign accents, too. The thought was almost amusing. What were the chances of that, in a British school?

Truth be told, Renelle didn’t care about their fight. She wasn’t the sort of person to bother herself with other people’s drama and rif-raf, and had she been alone and witnessed the scene in front of her, she would undoubtedly have walked away without a second glance, going back to whatever she had been doing.

Alas, she wasn’t alone, and she had known Astra too long to think that she would simply go and leave these two students to their own devices. Her nobleness was so frustrating at times. So what? She had no intention of abandoning her friend here- it wasn’t entirely out of the question that Astra wouldn’t try and interfere herself, and get injured in the process.

No, Renelle was staying. Which meant the most obvious route would be to attempt breaking up this brawl as quickly as possible, so that she could go for class, hopefully without being, well, too late.

Before she could chicken out due to the foolishness of what she was about to do, Renelle made her way to the two boys, pulling Astra behind her. Backup was always comforting, and hopefully Astra wouldn’t be too upset. It wasn’t the first time her Ravenclaw friend got impatient and did something rash, after all. Not that she was stupid or anything- just hated waiting.

Stopping at a position where they could see her, yet well out of the way if anything physical happened to erupt, she looked back and forth the two, attempting a calming and genuine expression, but probably achieving judgmental and annoyed instead. She couldn’t help it- that was Renelle’s go-to face.

“Guys,” She said steadily. “Why don’t you both calm down, and get to class? Those are very nice shoes, and there’s no need to bring anyone’s grandfather into this.” Her hand tightened around her wand in her pocket. She couldn’t exactly blame them if they decided to hex her or anything- she might have done the same. She really needed to learn to think before doing.

Madi had spent the morning catching up on much needed sleep. She was exhausted. She'd had trouble sleeping this week. She was up studying most nights. She was behind on studying and was using the time when she was supposed to be sleeping to catch up.

So she'd overslept. Once she'd gotten up, she rubbed her eyes and groaned, the blankets falling off of her. She got up, still half-asleep, changed into her Ravenclaw robes, and headed down to her first class of the day. She knew she'd been starving, she'd missed breakfast. This thought put her in a worse mood, as she was imagining working on an empty stomach. Not ideal.

She trudged down the corridors to her first class. Ahead in the corridors, she saw two boys fighting. They were yelling, and one of them had his hands on the other's arm. The second boy shoved him away and the yelling continued. Madi stopped dead, realizing she knew one of the boys. Kyle, her neighbor. She'd known him since before Hogwarts.

Kyle was yelling about the shoes he was wearing. The other boy seemed to have gotten them dirty or something. The other boy was yelling back. Madi went to stand next to a red-haired girl she didn't recognize. There was another girl up near them, but not too near, trying to get them to break it up. Madi decided to join her. She normally wouldn't have gotten involved, but she was not interested in a fight, and knew the boys fighting wouldn't be either once they got detention, or worse.

"What the hell are you guys doing? Please stop yelling at each other. Maybe you should just apologize." Madi said. She definitely spoke a little harsher than Renelle, the other girl, did, but she didn't particularly care. She just did not want to see a fight break out.

Dialogue #796f4e
Marble Borders by Ulysses Drake

A lack of friends remained both a blessing and a curse for one Remedy Norden. While it often meant boredom for the girl, it also entailed that the solitary Vipress would remain free of strings pulling her into the mundane bores of busybodies who all naively believed they'd make something of their pathetic and insignificant lives. The lack of social interaction presented the girl time to prioritize the more important matters; herself, of course.

It was quite early in the year for the Slytherin to land such assumptions and conclusions regarding her fellow classmates and the remaining year. While Remedy often played fast and loose with her own arbitrary rules regarding herself and her studies, one thing was certain setting her apart from the crowd: this capable Vipress was not nearly as gracious with her spare time as the misguided, meandering students surrounding her. That didn't imply, however, that Remedy wouldn't not-so-silently people watch if a book proved dull. And Merlin, you wouldn't believe how much amusement the young Vipress sought from such observation; like clockwork, Remedy would find herself in her usual spot, usual time as if observing barbarians around her was a form of entertainment.

Eventually, such a hobby grew lackluster, too, that was until the maniacally brilliant girl decided to conduct an experiment upon her classmates. Astronomy would enlighten her about moon phases, and although the class was generally a drab, one detail during one of Professor Baird's lessons lingered in the Slytherin's mind: the lunar cycle heightened and influenced emotions. Remedy took his ramblings with a grain of salt; clearly one to produce spawn by the name of Clark Baird was not to be trusted, and she oftentimes questioned his life and his teachings as a whole; if she craved resolution, the Vipress would have to perform her own assessment.

Every day as the day progressed to night, she'd record the moon phase; if her notes were correct, the day's phase would be a waxing crescent. What that meant in regards to her classmates' behavior was up in the air, therefore Remedy positioned herself front in center of the fold that morning; quill and journal in hand, the Vipress was ready to jot any and all details that found her ear. Intriguing details she'd retain in writing, for the chance such information could be later used for her own future benefit, but as for the now, her attention remained devoted to delving into her hypothesis.

It was quiet at first, much to her initial dissatisfaction. The Slytherin loosely held a tea cup in her hands as she waited patiently, allowing its heat to warm them as its aromatic steam steamed her features. She brought her Earl Grey tea to her lips intermittently while jotting mundane observations, only to pause mid-writing when shouting erupted. Her brown eyes rapidly lifted from the page to see a Ravenclaw boy throwing his apple at the back of another boy's head; an infuriated exchange insinuated in a language Remedy wasn't fluent in, but that didn't stop her from attempting to write some of his words to the best of her understanding.

The boy angrily left the table and exited the Great Hall, and Remedy collected her items and followed suit trailing at a safe distance behind him while writing her observations: "Speciman: Timothee, Ravenclaw boy. Likely mudblood or halfie. Doesn’t like Gryffindors or apples; me too, kid.." she murmured during her jottings, occasionally peaking from the page as she walked. To her dismay, Remedy would halt suddenly to find another altercation derived from the Ravenclaw, whom she nicknamed "Timothee" (Kyle), shouting about his grandfather-made shoes at another boy walking.

Attempting to withhold a chuckle regarding the scene, the Slytherin mumbled as she continued to add to her journal: "Timothee is angry about his Grandfather's shoes. Doesn’t know etiquette.."

The boy who stepped on poor Timothee's (Kyle) shoes, a Gryffindor she'd dub as "Mickey" (Jay) would shout his own profanities which garnered a snicker from the Slytherin: "Strange tongue on Mickey. What's a 'chico?' Must be muggleborn language.." she whispered as she scribbled on the parchment, a smirk curved upon her lips.

Remedy would spy Astra on the other end of the hallway, who would smartly not interfere in the clash of testosterone titans, so the Vipress would imagine the hotheaded brutes dubbing themselves. Another girl (Ren), one whom Remedy hadn't seen yet around the halls, seemingly struck conversation with Astra before attempting to disengage the boys. Then another one (Madi), more confident or unwise of the two other girls, attempted to break up the brawl with more force.

No. No, this would just not do; Remedy had an experiment to conduct.

A quick frown touched her lips as she took a few confident paces forward. There was disengaging a fight, and there was disrupting and impeding Remedy’s project; the Slytherin wouldn’t allow either to happen if she had any sway in the matter. The Vipress folded her arms, lips forming to a smirk as she leaned against the wall lazily: "You're going to let this Gryffindor disrespect your grandfather's shoes?" Remedy remarked to Timothee (Kyle): "Pathetic."

All this chaos, and it wasn't even a full moon yet. Maybe Astronomy and Professor Baird were both truly full of shit, as Remedy suspected.

WHAT did this punk just say? Kyle thought as he listened to the Gryffindor as he shoved Kyle.
"¿Qué coño es tu maldito problema? ¡No hice una mierda!" The fuck is your damn problem? I didn't do shit!

Kyle's eyebrows furrowed, before you ask YES he is fluent in Spanish as his step-mom is actually Spaniard-Mexican. He knew for a fact it was not

"You're the one just standing in the middle of where kids walk! It was like you were asking to get walked into!"

Kyle felt his face get hotter as the boy talked, the boy's Spanish accent became more dominant over his British one as he became angrier.

"MAYBE you shouldn't have wore the damned shoes your bastard of a grandfather made, eh? Ever think of that?"

Kyle was taken aback at his statement, his face was practically on fire!!!

"Don' attack ME and then play the victim, chico."

"Well chico, you're not exactly a victim either! And if anyone is a bastard-o it's YOU!" At this point he could feel his own nails digging into his skin as he curled them into fist. Kyle was about to hurl on the second year when a voice came out of nowhere, a familiar one. He turned quickly to see the same brunette girl who had the awful singing voice.

“Guys,” She said steadily. “Why don’t you both calm down, and get to class? Those are very nice shoes, and there’s no need to bring anyone’s grandfather into this.”

Kyle's head began to hurt from frustration, he felt as if she was downplaying the situation! The boy screwed up his shoes, something that was extremely important to him! All she was pretty much was saying was yeah whatever its not that important now get to class. But it WAS important, to him! Why couldn't people see that?

"What the hell are you guys doing? Please stop yelling at each other. Maybe you should just apologize." Madi said sternly, he knew Madi as they were neighbors and grew up with one another... Now when she said it Kyle faltered, it was embarrassing for her to see him like this... He didn't want to drag her into all this stuff, he was considering on letting ago when he heard another voice, like the Devil on his shoulder but in reality is was a dark brunette girl...

"You're going to let this Gryffindor disrespect your grandfather's shoes?" She remarked. "Pathetic."

This made Kyle's blood boil once again he face contorting, YEAH!He thought he shouldn't get away with this!

"¡NO HABLES DE MI FAMILIA DE ASÍ! DONT TALK ABOUT MY FAMILY THAT WAY!" Kyle yelled in spanish before hurling his fist towards his face hitting his nose straight on, the rest of what happened was a blur of fury...

Action: Kyle punched Jay.
Ability: Obnoxiously Strong

Why was he being surrounded by all of the stupid first years? Don't people know to keep to themselves? Nosy, and certainly not helping the situation at all. The first girl, the second. All saying stuff that he could care less about. Divus rolled his eyes, crossing his arms over his chest. But he let his anger bubble. He wasn't one to throw the first punch. He was mama's boy, proud to admit it, and his mother disliked him fighting for just simply fighting. If this got to his mom, it would be good, but he was in a whole different country. Surely it would be fine. Right? Some firstie surely can't be that dumb.

It seemed he was wrong. Oh so wrong about it. The yellow caught him off guard. Kyle had seemed like he was calming down. Divus stumbled backwards a few steps, holding his -- now bleeding -- nose. Ow. That.. hurt more then usual. He was used to getting roughed around. He played rough sports, after all. But that hurt. Did his nose break? Ow. The world seemed to slow around him. What set the boy off? Why the punch all of a sudden? Why in Merlins beard is this kid so strong?

There was a third girl. Instigating son of a- He grit his teeth and chuckled. Oh, Poseidon, let the flood gates flow. Zeus, give me strength to beat this little brat to the ground. "Okay. So we're gonna play that way. Juguemos, pequeño." Let's play, little boy. He wiped the blood flowing from his nose and tilted his head up slightly, grin on his face. He didn't throw the first punch, this was self defense. It was self defense, self defense. Just remember that when you get pulled away from beating this boy within an inch of his life.

Divus lunged -- like an animal, like a dog -- he lunged at the boy, punching Kyle in the eye in the process. Who cares if the floor was dirty. Who CARES if you had a image to uphold. No one knows who you are here and no one cares. Was it the smile that was unnerving? Or maybe how willing he was to get down and dirty with a kid he never saw before. Perhaps it was his aura, lashing like a snake to attack. He was.. definitely brave, lets leave it at that.

18 November, 2023 - Corridor

AngelFyre would not say she had been in a bad mood lately, but she would say her energy was generally lower than normal. So was her patience. That was a most unfortunate byproduct of her grief. It took almost everything she had just to get up and get through her days some days, and this was one of those days. There was no spare grace or patience anywhere to be found within her reserve tank this afternoon, so when she left the Library after doing some riveting, Saturday afternoon research on shrivel figs, she allowed herself to be swept into the flow that was currently a trickling stream of students. Her ears were the first to be assaulted... and alerted... to trouble up ahead.

Sigh.

All she had wanted to do was go find Simon and maybe get a chance to talk with him for a minute before he had broom practice, but nope. The mice clearly thought the cats were away. Ah well. Their mistake.

Before she even rounded the corner, she heard what sounded like two male voices raising their voices at each other, and they did not sound like they were joking with one another. It also sounded like she was hearing Spanish and Italian. Great. They could have at least had the decency to argue in English. When she was within proximity of the two boys, things had already begun to get physical. There was a shove and then upon recovery from that, fists went flying. AngelFyre did note that the crowd seemed to be egging the boys on which was disappointing.

The boys were younger than she was, but they were now on the floor and punching it out. Blood was everywhere. Normally a sharp barking out of "Prefect! Break it up!" would be enough, but these two were not going to hear that at all, and she sure as heck was not so stupid as to just dive in and try to disentangle them from each other. Getting socked in the face and then going to the Hospital Wing was not how she wanted to spend the rest of her day.

But this needed to be stopped and she was the only one there with the authority to do it. Then a great idea sprang to mind. She snapped her wrist and her wand slipped smoothly into her palm from its holster. She twisted it until her thumb found its sweet spot and turned the wand on herself, incanting, "Engorgio!"[1]

It was a quick transformation but it was the oddest sensation. No pain, just odd. She felt like her whole body was not inflating, but telescoping out. She too late worried that she was going to HULK herself out of her clothes, but they, thankfully, Engorgio'd with her. Everyone and everything around her looked much smaller. Was this what it was like to be a Half Giant? If so, it was definitely kind of cool. She looked down at her hand and immediately noticed how much farther away from the flagstone floor it was. Correction. Make that Really, REALLY cool!

Now she could go about the business of separating the two pugilists with little fear of being knocked out cold, flat on her own back. She moved forward and the bystanders all began to move their eyes from the two boys still writhing and pommeling each other on the floor. "Okay. Okay. Prefect! Break it up you two. Now!" and she was taken aback at how much deeper her voice sounded and how it resonated even within her own sternum. Giving the two next to no time to execute her command, she reached down and grabbed each of them by their collars and separated them herself.

One of them was bleeding quite a bit from the nose while the other looked like he was definitely going to have one heck of a black eye. "So this is what is going to happen now. I do not want to hear a word, not one word from either of you, except for your names. Then we are going to go to the Hospital Wing where that nose and that eye are going to be treated. After you have been treated, then you are going to tell me what happened. But that is just going to be the backstory to the main event which is the Detention that will be coming your way."

Then she looked around at the bystanders. "You all can disperse now, too. I am pretty certain you still have classes to get to, so go. Now, please. Thank you."

Turning back to the 2 boys whose collars she still had hold of, she looked at them. "I am AngelFyre McCubbin, a Prefect of Hufflepuff. Now, tell me who you are as we walk to the Hospital Wing. We will start with bloody nose boy and then move on to black eye boy."

Jay Divus and Kyle Diaz, you both have earned yourselves Detention for breaking Rule # 10. There shall be no fighting without or with the use of magic. Your Detention thread will be posted in the next day or two and an owl with the link will be sent to you when it is up and ready for you.

NOTE: Neither of you are allowed to join any new RP threads until you have successfully completed your detention. You may feel free to continue to post in any and all threads that were started before this one, but again, you may not join any thread you were not currently a part of at the time of my posting here.

Additionally, your OOC selves are in no trouble whatsoever. If you have any questions, owl me.

Kyle watched as the second year stumbled a couple steps back holding his now bloodied nose. Kyle knew that punching a person in the face is like punching a brick wall but Kyle's rage overturned the now throbbing pain in his blood-covered left-hand. The boy looked at the damage before giving a blood-curling chuckle, How could he be laughing? How could any of this be funny to him?

"Okay. So we're gonna play that way. Juguemos, pequeño. Let's play little boy"

Little boy? So now he's taunting me? Kyle was senselessly teased by his siblings for being the youngest child and frankly he was sick of it they had no right, Luna was the same age but they treated him differently... Until a little ago he had no idea why but everything had been revealed.... It all made sense, but yet it didn't it made Kyle's head ache and his thoughts cloud and swirl... He felt like throwing up as he watched him wipe the blood dripping from his face with an unnerving grin, Kyle knew he was in right, but it didn't matter he knew he was the one who would always take the fall because he was rotten child... Like he had always been. It had nothing to do with this random Gryffin-dork boy anymore it was more than that, but Kyle ignored that a channeled his anger on a target.... Someone to blame.... Only if he knew this would solve nothing. Kyle was taken aback as the boy lounged at him punching him directly in the eye, leaving a stinging sensation, they both fell to the ground with a THUD! There was no rules no sense in this fight as the two boys took turns with gritted teeth hurling their fist at one another, like a cage fight to the death as if they had something of great importance to gain to this. Kyle was too focused on the task with blurred vision to notice the crowd gathering and a prefect yelling at them to stop. Everytime Kyle thought he would win the tables would turn, and turn again in his favor.... It was a gambling game with no outcome, and before the two knew it they were suddenly yanked apart by their collars like dog's on a leash. He felt helpless so he lashed out like any dog would punching and kicking in midair unknowing about what was happening, once he finally took a breath and stopped to think with a throbbing head vision ascewed from the punch and red filter of blood did he realize what was going on.

A blonde prefect as big as a half-giant holding them apart from one another, Kyle found it rude to have broken up such a fight, he had a vendetta against this boy. Kyle glared over to her other hand where the other boy was suspended in midair as well.

"Okay. Okay. Prefect! Break it up you two. Now!" She said her voice booming out echoing through the corridors.

Kyle refused to look at her as he crossed his arms in disappointment, now that they had begun to lost the adrenaline from the fight Kyle started to feel the aftereffects and growing pains. She looked around at the bystanders. "You all can disperse now, too. I am pretty certain you still have classes to get to, so go. Now, please. Thank you."

The giant then again turned to look at the two boys.

"I am AngelFyre McCubbin, a Prefect of Hufflepuff. Now, tell me who you are as we walk to the Hospital Wing. We will start with bloody nose boy and then move on to black eye boy."

Kyle rolled his eyes. "Fantastico ora che abbiamo la punizione.... Great, now we have detention..." Kyke grumbled barely audible to himself, although he was curious what the boy he swore name was.

After the boy statd his name Kyle repeated it a couple times to himself to remember, now I was his turn to say his name.

"Kyle Diaz." He uttered smuggly.
