I'm still fairly new, but I was wondering if it would be allowed to send letters to other school students (Specifically INPCs)? I don't think it's a club yet, I also don't believe it goes against NPC rules, and I really like the idea of Quill Pals- But what if it was between other wizarding school students and Hogwarts? I think it could be an interesting way to make connections prior to events, give room for being more inclusive (and accurate) of different cultures at Hogwarts by students directly, and just be an overall fun idea.
