#800000|Dialogue
This is certainly not her day. Compared to her other duel, this was beginning to turn out worse than those times where her luck just seemed to disappear, where her skills seemed to fail. A bad start with her spell failing to be conjured and then followed up by a couple of misses.

A strong Incendio was sent for her from the younger Gryffindor, snapping her out from her thoughts. The jet of flames tearing through the air has all of her focus as it closes in.

Just before that spell could hit, Raizel managed to dodge out of its way with her wand at a ready for a counter attack. The first thing that came into her mind at that time was a similar spell to what Yun-Xin had casted, Incendio Duo. Perhaps there was a part of her that wanted to just show it or maybe she just wanted to try out that spell.

Unfortunately though, that spell misses and she swears she could hear their mod snickering just by the side but she's too occupied with her own thoughts to even bother on what's going on with her surroundings. Her aim was off. She is lacking focus right now which will not do. She would've slapped herself by now to get her head back in the game but would that be too weird? Perhaps.

With how her opponent reacted to the spell she just casted, she could tell that she was impressed. Maybe she too likes seeing new spells as much as she does. "You'll see more spells as this duel continues." And hopefully those spells hit.

Four down, six more rounds to go. As the practice battle continues, the Slytherin wonder what other spells both of the Duellists used as their arsenal. It seems as though both of them look young, they already mastered some spells that are beyond their year. The advanced spells that the green eyes witness today, remind them of their used-to-be best friend,

Henry Knight. At that time Henry was still around the campus and whenever Cash felt like watching Henry in action up on the official Duelling stage, the blue-eyes boy would shoot out spells that Cash would assumed a year above them since they remembered the spells during that match was not taught in the year of class Cash was in.

Deep in their self-musing, Cash was a bit late realizing Raizel Voltrouz's spell had backfired toward herself rather than hitting her target who still stood on the other side of the piste. The green eyes had seen several cases of burn injuries from the Fire-Making spells and the like during their time as the Duelling referee.

The fire started to lick up Voltrouz and the fifth year hoping the second year could sustain the pain since from what Cash heard, the burn that came from any kind of Incendio was a nasty one to feel. The Viridian Vipers Co-Captain's eyes bounce from the fire that started to travel to the caster.

They did not know whether they needed to ask about Voltrouz's well-being or not. But in the end, because it was an unwritten rule that every Duelling Captain and Co-Captain must abide by - whether it was an official Duelling or not - the young Ironwoods succumbed to the common courtesy.

"You okay there, Voltrouz?"They asked to make sure Voltrouz still could continue the game despite the condition she was in. When Voltrouz gave out her answer, Cash nodded their head. "If you say so,"They replied assuming Voltrouz said she was okay to carry on. Their eyes bounced from one Duellist to the other.

"I just want to let you know there was no shame if in the middle of this practice duel either one of you wanted to stop it,"They added some more. Although Cash could come out as cold sometimes, they are also still responsible for the safety of the Duellists during the game they mod for.

The Quidditch player gave some time for either of the Duellists to speak up whether they wanted to continue or stop the play. When there was no one Cash assumed would object to the situation, they nodded their head again. "Alright, carry on then!"They uttered. As those words left Cash's lips, Fang Yun-Xin did not waste any more seconds than she had to.

Raising her wand while saying the incantation for the Fire-Making spell, the first-year Gryffindor pointed her wand toward her opponent. Sometimes the second time was not the charm. Though Yun-Xin's aiming and targeting were true, her spell did not hit her intended target which is Raziel Voltrouz.

Yun-Xin thinks it was a wise idea to add salt to the wound since she sent out yet another Incendio to an already burned-up second-year Gryffindor who stands on the other side of the piste. Luckily, Voltrouz could duck the incoming fire projectile before she got burned bigger than she already had to endure.

"Yo! Remember to disarm your opponent not to hurt them,"They let out a reprimand to make sure the Duellists did not cross the line and hurt their opponent that badly. Cash knew that Flipendo and any variations of Incendios were Duellists' main spells to go to.
But when you play fire with fire, usually someone will end up getting hurt.

And as much as Cash loved to be a moderator for every Duelling match they were on if one of them ended up in the Hospital Wing, it would not be Cash's full responsibility.

    Reducio
    • 200 words are required per post, rather than the 50 required for official duels. This is because unofficial duels still count as regular RPs, with the regular WC requirement.
    • Body block is not available since you have nobody to block.
    • Spells that usually auto-split do not have that capability since there's only one opponent.
    • There will be some rewards for the winner and the runner-up. The rewards will be sent to you once this matches and as bragging rights.
  • The IC date of this unofficial duel is September 23rd, 2023.
  • Good luck, and have fun!
