Idea #2 = Mid-september. Walking in the Park but suddenly rain starts to pour and she falls on her face as she's running to get shelter - her foot got tangled in a root.
Idea #3 = As she's studying in the common room of Gryffindor, she suddenly faces a strange looking pet (a Pygmy Puff). Need someone who ownes one though.

Greetings boils, ghouls, and other grotesquely lovely fiends. I am here once again to get my fill of tasty little plot morsels. With my character now in seventh year, I have found myself in the midst of an existential crisis- as a result I have morphed into an absolute glutton and am trying to shove as many scenes down my gullet as I can before this characters graduation; as means to make up for six years of scenes I missed out on to write. Is it the wise thing to do? No. Is it the healthiest thing to do? ....Also no, because I'm busting at the seams already with threads (including ones I have yet to reply to or write starters for ). But lord is it fulfilling when I'm not in a panic. Anyways, if you're interested in writing together reach out to me through owls or on discord; I want to talk to you, yes you!

Number of RPG Partners: Any! Groups? Individual partners? I don't care. But if you are wanting to reach out solo, you should expect to tolerate a potential group, just in case!
Houses Preferences: No preference, any and all are welcome! That includes iNPCs!
Years Preferences: Any, but please be considerate and respectful of player comfort if your character is on the younger side- for reasons that I hope are obvious. Don't be a weirdo, that is literally all I am asking of you.
Your RPG Storyline Idea: Ball companions! Let's blow this popsicle stand and shred up the dance floor!
Additional info: Xailah is a noncommittal character, she always has been. She moves to rhythm of her own whims. In a setting like the ball, interactions with her are a dance between maintaining her interest long enough to keep her at your side, and not coming across as too overbearing or clingy. She wanders, she will wander, understand that she may ditch your character at any given time if they can't keep her hooked, or if she is rubbed the wrong way.

With that in mind, do not take potential ditchings to heart OOC. Trust me, I have nothing against you as a player, or your character. Why am I even mentioning this? Well, mostly so you have an excuse as to why our characters might split up, in the instance someone goes MIA OOC. I don't want to anchor anyone down, my partners should be able to have fun at the ball if something crops up for me in real life.

A few bullet points of what I'm open to:

-Groups.
-Singular partners. (There's a chance that Xail may run into another character at some point in the ball though, just a heads up)
-Gender does not matter.
-If your character is in 4th year and under, my character will only go with yours as a chaperone (maybe they don't have a ball partner, or they didn't feel safe attending a ball alone). Meet ups at the ball are fine if you're just wanting to interact.
-Anonymous invitations. (Secret admirers, people Xailah has been avoiding, general weirdos that are too afraid to confront her directly, I don't care.)
-Mutual agreements (maybe the ball came up in conversation and our characters decided to meet up there)
-Spite "dates" (Xailah is a homewrecker)
-Platonic companionship!

What will not happen:
-Xailah asking your character to the ball. She's not the type to do so.
-Reciprocated romantic advancements. I do not care about how your character feels about mine, or what their intentions are with her. But do not expect my character to reciprocate, because she will not. Do not ask for my character to have a crush on yours. Do not try to force things OOC. It's not going to happen.

For the most part, I consider myself a very flexible roleplayer. I do have boundaries as a player, but in terms of actually writing, I am extremely casual. I am here for fun. I want to write with you, share your ideas with me, even the pointless, goofy ones.

I am not looking for a grand, well thought out story. Those are great in their own right, but I am a roleplayer that seeks stories that can be laughed at, and cried to. I want a story that is memorable and can be reflected on fondly for years to come.

-I will only ever ask for your patience and respect. Nothing more. Be sensible. Don't be weird. Don't be an ass to me or others, it just makes you look silly. Not everyone gets along and that is okay, but everyone is capable of extending basic human decency and respecting boundaries.

-I am ghost friendly. I will never be upset, make jabs at, or blacklist you, for life getting in the way, or if you lost interest in a thread. Your reasoning for not replying to something is, frankly, none of my business. Will I poke you? Yeah probably, I want to make sure you are okay. All that said, I expect the same courtesy in return. And if you want to write together again in the future? I am absolutely down, so long as you've been respectful to me.

-If I do not reply to messages immediately, it does not mean I am ignoring you or I do not like you. Please do not misinterpret my silences. I am a very anxious person with a low social battery. If I do not respond to you I am likely busy, not feeling well, or I forgot- because again, I'm often bumping between things OOC. You can poke me, I will never get upset with you for doing so.

-I am a very slow poster, if you're wanting replies within the day, I am not the writer for you. Best I can do is weekly roleplay replies.

-Please have a good understanding of IC and OOC boundaries. I am not my character, my character is not me. You are not your character, your character is not you. Things concerning my character do not reflect how I, the writer, feel about you or your character.

-Roleplaying is a hobby. We are here to have fun. Communicate! Don't stress over writing! We are all here to learn and grow together.

-Honesty is my policy. If you are not a fan of something in a scene, tell me. If you're wanting something specific out of a scene, tell me, the worst I can say is no. I'm not going to bite your head off for being honest.

-Hospital Scenes! Xail is a nurse intern.
-Shady dealings. Xail is a Klepto, forger, and has eyes and ears everywhere. Have a job for light fingers? She's your girl.
-Companionship. Is your character lonely? Do they yearn for adventure or an exciting change to their lives? Look no further, Xail can give them a shoulder to lean on... So long as they don't get too clingy.
-Adventures and discovery!
-Mischief and Mayhem!
-Horror!
-Pureblood plots (a huge maybe, but I'm not opposed)
-Backdating/pre-established connections (big maybe on the latter- always open to backdating though)
-Pet playdates. I'm a bit rusty writing Schrö in this setting, but I'm always happy to use him.
-Headcanons. Sometimes you want a plot or a connection to happen but there isn't time to actually write it out. I get it. We can talk things through. It won't be 100% site or character canon, but eh, we do what we can.
-One-shot.
-Longterm (maybe, if things click).
-Anything goes, shoot me your plots and ideas- in fact I'd prefer this. Help me help you. Though, I expect you to throw up a starter if it's your plot. Or just give me the details, I'm happy to write one (though it won't be great, I'm awful at starters ).

Ideas I won't do:

-Senseless combat.
-Prank scenes (sorry, pranksters but they aren't my most favorite, but I could be swayed)
-Crushes/legitimate romance (Your character is more than welcome to pine for mine, I do not care, but understand that mine will not reciprocate the sentiment, she has never had a crush nor do I ever intend to write her with one, and is way too oblivious- otherwise these scenes can be funny just please don't try to force something, I don't like my OC being used as a headdress OOCly in any context (IC is fair game). I'm fine with her being used as an oblivious "homewrecker", or for plot progression. Tempting but unobtainable is the name of her game.)
-Family/Blood relation plots. Not looking to add to the H.io pureblood family wreath. Please don't ask about being related to my character by blood or adoption, unless you're ready to discuss about how they would be related in her off-site canon (which will be tricky to explain since she is literally a eldritch horror there).
-Enemy/Antagonistic plots. With the exception of Lear's villains used for MS purposes. Enemy plots are boring to me because they're rarely done right, and can get very toxic quick. They're often not very fun to me. I am okay with comedic rivalries - keyword here being comedic. Or if there is a plan to eventually resolve an antagonistic relationship. Long lasting conflicts just get grating to write though. Also my OC lacks the capacity to care that much about someone, so something like that would be one sided anyway.
-Players looking for a quick "in" on main story plots. I've played that game for about two years, I'm tired. If you just want to connect with my character for information, please be upfront about it. I won't bite your head off for being honest.
-Detention stuff. Unless your character is actively trying to harm themselves, has information she needs, or is trying kill another student, she literally does not care if you are breaking the rules. She's a dirty cop, not a hypocrite.
-Metamorph scenes of turning into other people/players. I've had my fun with those early on, and now I'm done. Xailah is comfortable in her own skin, you literally can't pay her to do this. I'm not interested in these plots anymore, sorry.
-Bullies/Characters that try to intimidate. Xail is not daunted by threats of any kind. She will stare down Cthulhu. And after all the crap she has been through, threatening personalities and unsettling auras simply do not faze her (unless it's statistically through an ability of course). I mean, you're more than welcome to try either of these things, but your character is just as likely to get mauled as they would get laughed at (the outcome will likely not be to your satisfaction is all).
-Roleplay in DM's/Owls/Off site. All wizarding world roleplay will be done here. If you want to roleplay off site, I assume you'd be wanting to roleplay in Xail's canon settings.
- Plot muling. Writing is a mutual effort! I don't do the whole thing where one character is the focus and worshipped for the duration of a roleplay. It gets tiring for the other players involved. We can do some small scenes to see if we have writing chemistry, if you'd like. You can't hurt my feelings if it turns out we don't click.

To those waiting on starters/messages: I haven't forgotten about you, I still plan on getting our threads out (if you're still interested). My OC being a seventh year has made me realize what I have missed out on with her and I'm trying to make up for that as the opportunities arise. Also, if you have messaged me about threads at any point and I did not reply back PLEASE OWL ME there is a good chance I forgot to reply because your owl likely got buried.
