Estelle still had many muggle snacks from her summer holidays and had brought extra (sent by her dad) for the meeting as to have more than enough for everyone in the club. She piled up the many snacks onto a table - crisps, sweets, chocolate and biscuits from various brands as well as orange juice, apple juice and lemonade. Es wanted everyone to feel happy and relaxed and snacks were a perfect way to do that.
The many tables and chairs were pulled and piled to the sides of the classroom as to make some space. She didn't want the club to be too reminiscent of lessons. She then placed a set of pillows on the floor in a circle - one for each member (although she also had an extra stack if people were late to join) and laid a blanket in the middle for the food and drink, piling them up in an organised fashion.
Finally, Estelle wrote the club rules on the blackboard. It was very important that the members stick to the rules and she wanted people to know them, although most were a given.

With that done, Es plopped down on a pillow, excited for the first people to arrive. She hoped all of the aesthetics would be pleasing to those who entered.

aries walked in with a grin on her face, wrapping one arm around es's shoulders. she had to come in early to help set up for the big event. oh! rie was caught by surprose, as she brought snacks as well. ive got muggle boba tea maker, ice buckets, cream filled biscuits, and popcorn. the good kind, its caramel. she bit her lip, examining the party room, and how many guests would arrive. she brought dark blue and red ribbon for the chairs and tables, and fresh roses, tulips, and lavender to set on top.
glancing at the clock, she set the flowers on the silk lined tables, and tied the ribbon with es. arent you excited? she exclaimed, when she couldnt hold it longer. she tiptoed across the room, twirling like a 7 year old. she laughed and giggled with estelle, everything they did together was just like that. she brought out the glittery dark sequin curtains and hung them up with the help of a dusty, creaking ladder. she smiled to herself, squinting her eyes out the window, looking for guests.
she saw a few other, not many though. her golden chocolate brown eyes, with gold leaf flecks scattered around glistened in the sunshine, waiting to be seen. and they were just like her, waiting to interact, and have fun. rie hurriedly ran up to es, all excited and squirming. they. are. here!!! she said with full attention.

Autumn hadn't officially started, but it sure felt like it. The trees were starting to turn orange, and the air was cooler. Hannah loved autumn. It was her favorite season in the whole year.
Then, she remembered she had a club meeting, and after she was done with classes, she got ready. The girl put an orange sweater on and let her loose. She then brushed her scarlet hair.
Then, she put on shoes. Her converses, black converses. She also remembered to grab some cupcakes, which were carrot flavored. Carrot cupcakes! She loved them, and she would bring them, hoping to make a good first impression.
Hannah then headed down to the classroom which was reserved for the meeting. The two leaders were already there. She was surprised to see she was the first member to arrive.
"Hey girls! Nice to meet you! I'm Hannah. Hope you don't mind, but uh, I brought some carrot cupcakes! Kind of like carrot cake, but in cupcake form!" "You must be Aries, here, try one!" she said to the brunette haired girl, while giving her a cupcake, then she looked at the other girl. "And, you must be Estelle! Here you go!" she said happily while giving her a cupcake.
"So, do you like them?" she asked, hopeful. "Hope the others get here soon!" she said, then smiled.
