Tonight my church's youth band officially started back up, and I lead by playing bass guitar. Our director always reminds us that we are leaders, and I want to remind you guys that you're leaders too

just a bit that stuck out at me from my religion today

Love is essentially doing what is best for someone. That is why it is always good to pray for the salvation of others, because going to Heaven is always what is best for every person.
Sometimes, we might find it difficult to deal with certain persons. We are not commanded to like everyone, but we are commanded to love everyone, and love is an act of the will. When we are struggling to love someone, we should think about God, and how much He loves us despite our faults. Even if we think someone does not deserve our love, we can still make an act of the will and decide to love that person for the sake of God, who always deserves our love. For His sake, we can decide to do what is best for that person.

Blessings, everyone! I have not been here in a while. I have it as a Subscribed topic, but they have not been showing up in my Remembrall.

I hope you are all doing well. I do keep the members at H.io in my prayers.

If I could, I would ask for prayers for myself and my husband, please. We have suffered a tremendous loss recently and could use all the prayers we can get.
