Henry'd stand up immedietly, going to the trunk.
"Of course! Sorry, it was rude of me not to offer my assistance, ive been so nervous that all rational thought has left my mind!"
Henry had a history of cheerleading and dancing, as well as having to hold his own against eight siblings, so was relatively strong. Although, this wasn't a matter of strength since the trunks had the feather light charm on them, not to mention the enlargement one that allowed them to fit a cauldron into a two foot by one foot trunk! He'd lift it up, standing on his tiptoes to push it the rest of the way over the top of the rail, next to his. He'd made himself at home in here after seeing that it was friendly.
Henry wasn't one for confrontations, hence why he didn't take on the small nips between the pair regarding noise nor the snicker from the raven haired girl regarding the loud girl's misfortune, instead offering out his hand.
"I'm Henry, it's nice to meet you. It's comforting knowing that I'll know some faces now, I'm rather new to..well, everything." He'd give a sheepish grin, according to some books he'd read, 'muggle born' individuals like himself weren't always liked but it was 2018 now, surely times have changed.

The snicker from the ebony-haired girl had not gone unnoticed by Dinara, and she made it a point to roll her eyes to express her displeasure. Childish, yes, but Dinara Lucey never claimed to be someone of immense maturity. Or even any maturity. The girl was 11, she felt like she could take her time and enjoy being a kid rather than forcing herself to grow up as fast as her elder brother had.
Instead of quipping another snarky remark at the girl, Dinara figured that it wouldn't be smart to make bad impressions when the school year had barely started; especially when her goal was to make as many friends as possible! Then again, the young firecracker was also not one to let blatant disses slide by right under her nose like that! Dinara made it a point to let out an audible huff, before turning away with a sharp toss of her head, causing the mess of curls to bounce rather comically.
Dinara's smile widened as she faced the boy. Clapping her hands in delight, she shook her head. "No, not at all! Thanks for the help! It's a pleasure to meet you. She watched (rather enviously, one might add) as the boy lifted up the trunk with ease and hauled it overhead. Dinara couldn't reach the train compartment on tiptoes even if she tried!"Of course! Sorry, it was rude of me not to offer my assistance, ive been so nervous that all rational thought has left my mind!"
She looked up at the young boy who seemed to be rather shy. Although, who exactly wasn't shy by Dinara's standards? Dinara looked at his outstretched hand before grasping it firmly in hers. "Dinara. Dinara Lucey. Hey, I'm new to everything too! Who would've thought you could run facefirst into a wall and not fall over?" Her eyes widened and her voice lowered to a dramatic whisper as she exaggeratedly mimicked herself running into a wall and falling over, before bursting out in a fit of giggles."I'm Henry, it's nice to meet you. It's comforting knowing that I'll know some faces now, I'm rather new to..well, everything."
The wizarding world was truly a new and eyeopening experience for Dinara, but she was loving every moment of it. She eyed the empty space next to Henry and settled comfortably in it, letting out a loud sigh of relief. The day had been tiring; Dinara was glad to finally have some downtime.

Henry'd bite his lip as he watched the looks be exchanged between the pair before his attention was pulled back on Dinara. His mind whirled into action behind the scenes as he took apart her name, trying to see the meaning and origin of it. He'd gone through a phase of wanting to know this sort of information and Henry being Henry, he remembered.
"Dinara..that's..Fre-no, Russian? For treasure. Incredibly unusual name, I only know of it due to the books by Dinara Mirtalipova. Do you have any Russian roots?"
As they sat, he realised this may have been a bit random and weird to ask, but naturally Henry forgot to use his brain to think about what was coming out of his mouth. Once Dinara had spoke about the wall, he felt a lot more comfortable talking as he knew someone else would understand his confusion of everything.
"My siblings found it hilarious when they made me run through the wall first- they were positive I was going to knock myself out. My littlest sister even cried when she was brought through due to being so scared! I don't understand how people don't notice big groups of people just..disappearing."
He'd angle himself so his back was against the compartment wall and he could half cross his legs on the seat whilst facing Dinara. He could face Luna as well, as to not leave her out.

Luna shot a nasty look at the new girl, but remained silent. As her train buddies began talking Luna finally closed her book, and laid it beside her. This train rocked too much to finish. She was starting to feel sick. Maybe it was motion sickness or maybe it was the fact that her fellow passengers were getting along so well. Not that she cared. She decided to simply look out the window. If they wanted her to talk they would talk to her. The idea of trying to insert herself into their conversation was not her idea of a good idea. Let them have their fun before someone makes the mistake of getting Luna involved so she can gloom it all up. She thought, with a slight chuckle to herself. They seemed nice, maybe a wall between them wasn't the best thing to build, so while her expression stayed the same "cold and gloomy." She figured softening and warming up her voice a little would be a nice change. And if they were mean she could always build that wall back up.. She sat quietly while they talked, listening as hills and trees turned to deep forest and eventually country side again. At any rate at least she knew her fellow passengers names now. Dinara and Henry.
What me worry?

The nasty look from Luna would've prompted yet another reaction from Dinara, but thankfully the young firecracker had made it a point to turn away from the girl in order to express her displeasure; else she would definitely have made another biting remark back. For all her charms and friendliness, Dinara still held the mentality of a young child -- Cross her and she will definitely find means to be petty about it.
Knitting her eyebrows together in confusion, Dinara chewed her lip thoughtfully. Shrugging, she adopted a rather indifferent tone in order to mask the lack of knowledge on the matter. The young girl felt the need to divert attention away from situations that made her seem 'stupid' or 'ill-informed'. Besides, she never really thought about the origins of her name. Dinara just thought that her parents found the name nice, rather than actually thinking about the meaning behind the name."Dinara..that's..Fre-no, Russian? For treasure. Incredibly unusual name, I only know of it due to the books by Dinara Mirtalipova. Do you have any Russian roots?"
"Hm. Perhaps I am. It'd be cool if I did!"
Trying to quickly dismiss this topic and move onto something else that Dinara can talk more about, the young girl listened enthusiastically as Henry began to explain his confusion.
At this, she clapped her little hands together in excitement and let out a squeal, nodding furiously. Dinara had always embraced her unique experiences as a Muggle-born as it gave her something interesting to talk about. Her smile widened as she listened to Henry's story, though she couldn't claim that anything similar had happened to her. For Dinara, she'd just run in while yelling, and she was sure that her parents were more confused than anything."My siblings found it hilarious when they made me run through the wall first- they were positive I was going to knock myself out. My littlest sister even cried when she was brought through due to being so scared! I don't understand how people don't notice big groups of people just..disappearing."
"Well, I'm sure there's some magic things going on over there! I can't wait to learn some cool stuff that I can do too!"
As she said that, Dinara mimicked herself waving a wand and yelling gibberish made-up spells. She hadn't noticed Henry's efforts to keep the other girl included in the conversation, Dinara wasn't one to be acutely observant. She merely kept her back facing the girl; Dinara's approach to most conflicts would be to be directly confrontational about it. In this case, she chose to ignore it.
Stance | Excitedly waving her hands and pretending to cast spells
Mood | Cheery
OOC: Dinara wouldn't approach Luna because it's pretty out of character for her! Girl is known to be petty! But please do join in the interactions!

Sorry! Been a bit busy. Merry Christmas, everyone!
Henry'd pull out a skittles packet from his pocket, scooping a few out with his fingers and popping them in his mouth. The boy'd hold out the bag for all the females in the compartment, it was a large share bag as skittles were Henry's secret weakness.
Unfortunately, Henry wasn't fully informed of the proceedings of Hogwarts and its rules and runnings, such as houses. He'd certainly amused his earlier compartment of first and second year boys when he answered the question of what house he thought he'd be in with 'I thought Hogwarts was a castle'. None the less, he'd learnt his mistake and gathered information as subtly as he could about the houses and wasn't too sure how he felt about it.
"So, what houses do you think you'll all be put into? I'm honestly not sure..I don't think I'd fit in any, honestly." He'd asked after he fondly watched Dinara act out spells. He had read a few different chapters of his school books but it all seemed like a completely new language to him at the moment so he hadn't bothered attempting them. He was, admittedly, a little anxious about being so behind in general information and hoped nobody would tease him for it.

Luna had spaces out for a bit after more people arrived, a boy and two girls. The two girls didn’t seem to like each other - one had shot the other a dirty look - but the other girl didn’t seem to notice. Luna smiled at them both as she snapped out of her trance. She wanted to make friends with all of them. “Um, hi, I’m Luna,” Luna said, directing it at all of them. “Sorry, I was a bit spaced out,” Luna apologised quickly, hoping none of them had taken any offence at her ignoring them, she knew she could seem a bit rude sometimes.
She felt a little uncomfortable. She was always pretty self conscious and coming to Hogwarts, where she knew absolutely no one, hadnt helped that. Her cheeks were flushed red, as she always did. She felt awkward around people in general, and she felt like an outsider here at Hogwarts. Hopefully she would make some friends, but with her awkwardness it was doubtful. She fiddled nervously with her clothes, toying the fabric between her fingers. She tried to avoid their eyes and looked downwards at her shoes, and at the floor of the compartment of the train.
