@Estelle Nyx not completely sure when, but I'm 90% sure the application forms and school info are in the respective school forums in the London section of the site

@Estelle Nyx when they will open, you can apply in NPC page of Characters/Encyclopedia. You can subscribe to NPC announcements there so you won't miss when applications will be opened again.

i always just accessed them thru the links in the school forums lmao
