Terms and Conditions

Reducio

Refund Policy:
All orders will be made within a week (banners/moodboards/outfit boards within five days). I will tell you before I make the order if an extension is needed due to ooc reasons. If I have not told you and end up taking longer than a week to make your order, owl me for a partial refund (50%). If I have not completed your order within two weeks, without prior notice, owl me and I will give you a full refund.

Cancellation Policy:
I reserve the right to cancel orders at any point. If you have paid by that point, I will give you a full refund. As a customer you can cancel up to the point where I have completed your order. After that point, you will no longer be entitled to a refund.

Dislike Policy:
If you dislike your order, please tell me what changes to make. After changes have been made, if you still dislike your order you are entitled to a 50% refund as I have spent time and effort making your product. This refund does not apply to any orders under one sickle or free orders.
