Her face claim is young Aiyana Lewis (with slightly darker skin and green eyes), but I think the reference image below is a better portrayal of her, so probably go with that instead (: If possible, could she have a neutral expression and some light freckles? As for her clothes, well, anything green. Probably Slytherin robes. I really liked the style you had for Fang Hui-Ying's first two images, but I don't really mind the style as long as it isn't anime.
