Asher's body was feeling sore from the hits he had taken, and he wasn't sure if he could hit his next spell correctly so he instead decided to focus completely on dodging the incoming spells at him, since Guinevere would most likely decided to target him since he was the weak link in the team. Hopefully he will be able to prove otherwise.
Just like he predicted a spell was cast his way but he managed to dodge the spell with ease since he wasn't distracted, sadly Regina's spell had missed its target as well, Asher was getting tired of how long this duel had lasted if he was being honest.

┏ The duel was getting extremely tedious. Were all Slytherins this slippery? Regina had never had as much trouble hitting a target prior to duelling with the Snakes. But victory was so close, she could almost smell it, so she wasn't going to let Russetwood off easily. She could only hope her partner can hold on for a little bit longer despite his injuries.
At least, for this round, she'd ran out of taunts - but only because she wanted to end this quickly and efficiently, so she focused on getting ready for the next spell instead.┗ ┛

The ending to the match had looming for a number of rounds and, ineviatbly, it came:
while Asher's Incendio veered to the left, entirely missing its target, Regina's attempt to set Guinevere on fire was far more successful, engulfing the girl's robes in a small blaze that she seemed too weak to fight off. Julian ran to the center, yelping and calling the match so she could be carted off to the Hospital Wing.
"Good job and congratulations," he told the Gryffidonrs. He would've liked to congratulate the Slytherins too on a hard fought battle, but it had been fought a little too hard. Maybe some other time.
