Potion Partners Open Closed

Estelle walked into the potions classroom. Her heavy bag had been annoying her all day. She had meant to take some of her books out but hadn't had time at lunch and so it was still as full as ever, full of books for lessons she didn't even have today. Frankly, she wasn't in the best mood, but Potions ought to cheer her up. She loved Potions.

When she was little, Estelle used to make little potions out of soap and shampoo. Her mum had to put all the food dye up high, otherwise she'd find Estelle in the bathroom, her clothes turned shades of blue and green, playing with bubbles.

When she got a little older, Estelle's grandfather would show her all of the plants in his garden, and their medicinal uses. She loved learning about them and had been so excited when she found out that actual potions could be made with them.

Since then, Estelle had collected many of her own potions ingredients for her potions, although she was yet to brew them outside of class. She hoped someday she would be able to invent potions to aid the magical creatures whom she so dearly loved.

Usually, Estelle would sit with a friend, however today her friends were all partnered up and Estelle, being the most outgoing, had been chosen to sit with someone new. She sat down by an empty table, took out some of her many books, and waited for a partner to arrive.
