Both the Quidditch and the Stat system are being tweaked, so i'm not able to answer that right now. The system shouldn't be too far off though, so just have some patience and you'll probably know in a few weeks time

As of now the Quidditch system isn't up yet, so we don't have functioning House teams, when the system is up there will be possible to apply for positions.
The statsystem is revamped and will be given out shortly too. The main way of getting stats will remain the same and be through advancing in years.
