Meaning: an unpleasant person, which can either be used unironically or ironically as a teasing remark
Example:
(literal)Person 1: ugh, I cannot stand that guy! what a tosser!
(teasing) Person 1: I won't be at lunch tomorrow.
Person 2: tosser! where'll you be?
Person 1: I have an appointment.
Person 2: Ah, well, I'll miss you! I'll be bare chuffed to see you afterwards!
