Charming a Letter
Axyen was trying to show a letter to show his appreciation for five(5) of his professors, but he was one the second(2nd) floor somewhere trying to figure out where the Charms classroom was.Why is this place so large? Axyen thought as he climbed up some stairs, hopeful this would lead him to the Charms classroom. Axyen knew where he was, in his hand was a piece of parchment which looked like a wand casting Lumos - the lighting charm. Axyen opened it up to make sure it didn't sound dumb before he presented it.
Axyen was still satisfied with his work, less worry. He was about to enter before he stopped. Is there a better way to show Professor Fresnel that she's a great teacher? Axyen thought. He quickly found a way to show, he took out his actual wand and pointed it carefully at his note, he cleared his mind. He then moved his wand in a manner that looked like dancing stick-legs while saying "Tarantallegra!" He thought of how cool it'd look at the last second. Wait no! Axyen thought. The letter bounced out of control into the classroom. "No!" Axyen said chasing after it, if only he knew how to cast a levitation charm right now... Axyen caught it before realizing he was fully in the classroom. Don't act nervous. Axyen told himself. "He-hello pr... professor Fresnel." Axyen wanted to fall. "I-I mean hello professor Fresnel. Axyen said again. Much better. Axyen told himself. "I have a letter for you and three chocoballs." Axyen muttered. Axyen quickly thought of an excuse on how on earth he got a snack from Hogsmeade. "A.... a third year helped me pick it out." Axyen lied, eyes darting to the floor. Axyen hoped he didn't get in trouble, but he gave the items to @Zoë FresnelDear professor Fresnel,
Thanks for helping me learn my first spells and being a wonderful professor, I never would've learned any spells without your great teaching.
The wand is supposed to be using Lumos - the lighting charm because you brighten up my day!
Your student,
Axyen Dragonclaw.

Charming a Letter
Zoë glanced up from a smattering of papers on her desk as Axyen suddenly stumbled into the classroom. Her eyebrow perked up with a sudden mix of curiosity and amusement, as she wondered what had prompted the rather unconventional entrance.
“Hello, Axyen. That was quite a spectacular entrance if I do say so,” Zoë quipped warmly as she listened to his nervous greeting. Clearly, the boy was working hard to at least appear confident in their little quest and Zoë gave a genuine smile to his effort.
The mention of treats and adorable letters was enough to prompt Zoë out of her seat. Her eyes momentarily moved from the letter back to Axyen as she graciously plucked the items from the boy’s hand.
“That is so sweet of you, Axyen. Thank you so much,” Zoë said as her warm smile remained affixed on her lips. “This is such a nice surprise, you truly didn’t need to bring me anything… but of course, I will make sure these chocoballs are enjoyed,” Zoë added with a grin.
Zoë placed the letter safely down on her desk and gave a slight chuckle at Axyen’s quick mention of a third year helping him to retrieve the treat. While Axyen was a great student, Zoë quickly recognized the slight lie so it seemed that deception might not be his strong suit. Although, Zoë saw no point in scolding the boy when he was being so thoughtful.
“It has been a pleasure to teach you this year. I will spare you the discomfort of reading the letter right in front of you but I am sure it is magically written,” Zoë said hoping to put the nervous-looking Axyen slightly more at ease. She valued the growth and comfort of each of her students and wanted to ensure that he could continue to appreciate and value his time in her class.

Charming a Letter
Axyen listened as professor Fresnel mentioned his slightly dramatic entrance chasing the letter inside the room, certainly not exactly the entrance hoped for, but it worked well enough for Axyen, it wasn't that bad, well not bad for a first time outside the classroom. "R-really? Th-thanks!" Axyen said, smiling slightly.
Axyen watched as professor Fresnel left her seat to take the letter and the three(3) chocoballs from Axyen's hands. Professor Fresnel proceeded to thank Axyen. "You're welcome!" Axyen said cheerily, this time not stuttering and a bit more at ease. As professor Fresnel then said Axyen didn't need to bring anything, but the chocoballs would be enjoyed, which Axyen hoped so because at the time, it took a good chunk of his money.
"I am glad you'll enjoy them!" Axyen said, he wondered what the next lesson would be about, he only completed one lesson, it couldn't hurt to ask though. Professor Fresnel then mentioned the not reading the letter in front of Axyen. "Oh! I don't mind." Axyen said, "Wait I could've magically written it?" Axyen asked, he never knew that was possible to help with his rather messy hand writing, he tried to make the letters look neat and nice-looking, probably the only reason it took so long.
"Excuse me professor? Can you tell me a bit about the next lesson?" Axyen said, filled with excitement and curiosity, ever since he learned Reparo and Tarantallegra, it was a passion to learn more charms for Axyen, who wouldn't like charms?

Charming a Letter
A familiar comforting grin again crept over Zoë’s lips as she gave the boy a reassuring nod. “Well when it comes to treats, I assure you they will never go to waste around me,” Zoë quipped as she doubted the chocoballs would last very long. Had she not just had an adorable little meal with Eliseo, she would have probably already made sure to sample one of the thoughtful treats. Luckily, Zoë always seemed to find room and time for a bit of snacking.
A genuine laugh left Zoë’s lips as the curious boy seemed suddenly interested in the prospect of magically writing the letter. “Well…I mean technically you can write letters magically. I do from time to time…But I actually meant that I was sure your letter was beautifully written,” Zoë clarified with another soft chuckle. It was an easy mistake to make but still seemed like an adorable flub from the nervous boy. Although it was probably best that the boy hadn’t tried to magically write the letter yet. He was a bright student but trying to enchant a pen or quill might have gone poorly with their current knowledge.
Zoë’s eyebrow perked up at the boy’s inquisitive question about her next lesson. She always enjoyed it when her students showed a genuine curiosity for her class. But that didn’t mean she would spoil any secrets or surprises about her ever-whimsical lessons. As someone who loved surprises, she didn’t like to spoil things.
“Well, I could tell you. But where would the fun in that be?” Zoë quipped with a grin. “I am sure you would be able to find out if you make sure to show up on time to the lesson. But I do promise you that it will definitely be worthwhile…Although, I would argue that every Charms lesson is worthwhile. Who doesn’t want to continue expanding their repertoire of spells?” Zoë remarked with a grin.
“So I guess the only way you will find out is to show up for class,” Zoë said with a dramatic but playful sigh before allowing the comforting smile to return to her face. There had been an excitement in Axyen’s voice that had genuinely warmed Zoë as a subtle reminder that there were many students who excitedly looked forward to her classes. It reminded her that all her effort was worth it.

Charming a Letter
Axyen smiled as professor Fresnel proceeds to comment on how she doesn't waste treats, Axyen was relieved because he did need to pay for that himself, although he was glad it was worth it in the end. Axyen listened with genuine interest as he listened to Fresnel talk about magically writing letters, Axyen genuinely was interested, he probably read about it, but because he reads so much, it probably just blurred as another piece of information, learning everything about this world seemed to be impossible, as Axyen grew tired or forgot some information trying to reach ahead most of the time, which often confuses him as he doesn't get the full context from his History of Magic professor.
Axyen does like to keep updated with Hogwarts, and he might've noticed when he first entered the classroom, for a split second professor Fresnel had a cookie which was quickly finished, it gave Axyen the chocoball idea which he went to buy a fake Hogsmeade pass and buy chocoballs, though he felt guilty the entire time he was there, and truth be told, he still felt guilty about it.
Axyen was disappointed as professor Fresnel didn't spoil the next lesson, his excitement was rising up for the next lesson as usually the spells are pretty fun to use once you got the hang of them, and of course the hardest part for Axyen in Charms was concentration, as he was often excited to try a new spell, so he wasn't always perfect when using charms. Axyen listened as professor Fresnel told him the only way to learn the next spell is to show up to class. "You mean people actually would want to skip your class?!" Axyen said completely shocked. Who wouldn't want to learn a new spell?! Axyen thought, of course, he could've interpreted that sentence wrong, but that's what came to mind in that moment.
Axyen was wondering more about what student wouldn't be interested in Charms maybe someone more interested in Herbology... perhaps Potions... Axyen loved both of the subjects, however, it was always spell-casting and charms whenever he studied a new subject or wizard, Charms was like the tip of the iceberg and out of potential bias, Axyen thought it was one of the most important classes, arguably the most important next to Defense Against the Dark Arts. Charms helped with everyday life, like trying to make a cool entrance, although Axyen got distracted while finishing off the spell which is why it danced first while flinging uncontrollably into the classroom.
