I have dentist appointment today, I called and found out what it was for, it's a regular cleaning. I had 2 deep cleanings before so I thought it was already done but apparently it's a regular cleaning now.

Yes they are! It went well but my next appointment is for fillings and pub caps on some teeth. The only thing I'm worried about is they said my gums bleed too much which is a sign of infection/bacteria. So they need me to brush the area they will work on for my next visit so they don't bleed later. If they do bleed later they can't put the pub cap and fillings in >.< and I don't deal with pain well. I'm trying to brush with electric toothbrush as much as I can. One part did bleed but only one part. So I'm worried, wondering if it'll stop bleeding by the time I have my next appointment. Next one is like April 14th or 18th and I'm not sure if they will stop bleeding by that time ahhhhhh. Stressing.
Also what happens if they only bleed now and then but they keep bleeding?!

Floss twice a day - morning and night.
Brush twice a day - morning and night
Rinse your mouth with mouthwash after you brush and floss twice a day.
You need to clear the yuck and bacteria really good. If you do this real strict, you might be ready

Yeah I suck at doing this... I have 0 pain tolerance so it's really hard for me to do it...
I always feel like my teeth will break or the floss will stick and I'll never get it out.
Thus why I don't tend to do it often.
Until now.
I started doing it today and so far it's alright.
Ahhhhhhhhhhh.
I do have listerine so that's a good thing.
I'm doing flossing first, then normal toothbrush and then a small amount of time doing electric toothbrush, although it feels too strong for me so it freaks me out a little. But it seems to do the trick at trying to bleed the gums so that's a positive.
