IC or OOC Information: Finley is a halfblood but grew up without any magical influence, as her father was very against her learning about magic if she didn't need to. She is very logical and would rather spend her time reading or completing homework than playing sports, though she did participate in archery at home. She loves being around people that she is close to, but prefers not to be in large crowds. Sometimes she can be seen as strange in the way she thinks and behaves, but her heart is in the right place.
IC-Interests: She likes to read and will commonly be found around the grounds with book or her schoolwork. Exploring and learning through hands on methods are also really important to her. She finds calm in certain muggle activities like building with Lego or doing a diamond painting and is always happy to share with anyone interested.
OOC-Interests: I am also very logical and hope to some day have a career in medicine. The muggle activities Finley enjoys are also some of my favorite when I feel stressed. I play a lot of video games as well and love writing stories. I'm very much an introvert and prefer to stick to a close group of friends, but I'm excited to make more on here.

IC or OOC Information:
Becca Cross is a half blood witch whose mother disappeared when she was a toddler too young to remember her. Her father, a history buff and muggle professor, raised her as best as he could, but he didn't mention her mother's magic until Becca herself proved to be a witch. After that, he tried his best to help her with the magical world, but he just didn't have much information. He gave Becca all of her mother's possessions in hopes she would find something of use. For the last couple years before she came to Hogwarts, she was so obsessed with the unanswered questions she pushed everybody to the side, even her father.

IC-Interests:
Reading, especially about knights and the medieval time (which I'll have to OOC read up on), and history (again OOC will have to brush up on so if you have suggestions). Animals and puzzles, jigsaw and mental. She also liked watching fighting, like wrestling, boxing, and MMA.

OOC-Interests: I like writing, crocheting, watching sports, and am starting to learn how to code. I like watching comedies, especially mocumentaries, and fantasy shows.

-amaris has always enjoyed the art of writing letters. she finds it a pleasure to write letters to family and friends back in cuba. therfore, i am confident enough to say that she is an expert on this matter! note that she often writes long and detailed letters (mostly because it takes some time for the letter to fly to cuba, so she treasures the moment), and expects her quill pal to do the same (oocly, feel free to disappoint her!). other than writing letters, amaris is an extremely outgoing girl who loves meeting new people and making friends. it might take sometime to get used to you, but i am sure we would become good friends by the end of this!-
-other than writing letters, amaris enjoys spending time with her friends, reading, exploring, and generally just running around and playing. she treasures every moment of her life and childhood. oh, and of course, magic! for most of her life, despite being a pureblood, amaris was raised without magic. however, in the last two or three years, amaris is learning more about the wizarding world.-
-oocly i enjoy character development for amaris, so i see every thread and interaction as an opportunity to do so. i take pleasure in planning out threads before starting, so expect me to do so. however, that does not mean i don't enjoy serendipity, so feel free to surprise me as long as it is not too wild. i am an avid writer, so expect my posts to be on the long side, hopefully 800 words plus. due to this reason, please be patient while waiting for my response. other than writing, i enjoy reading as well, and love to place myself in fictional worlds such as the wizarding world of harry potter. other than that there isn't much to know for now, seeing as we are owling ic. also note that i am new to this website, and am still a mentee. if you notice any mistakes, or if you are more experienced, please notify me.-
