You'd write the letters in the errand. But the Valentine's Day Ball that is unofficial takes place on Feb. 17th and doesn't require you to do errands at all as it's separate from them.Never mind.
First- this part is not rewarded, you can participate in the errand without joining the party.
The Party takes place on February 14TH. There are other parties taking place on this day, so you may have to choose. You cannot be in two places at once.

You don't need to have to write letters of love/romance to someone.
There are a lot of people who are writing letters of friendship to their friends!
Or even family members.
So Andre could write a letter to Kim if he wanted!
I thought the parse error was fixed as I hadn't gotten it the last 4 times I posted.
