He has a few freckles over his nose, and most notably, he can be seen wearing a silver pendant with the shape of a tree engraved upon it. Alyn also has a small scar upon his bottom lip from when he tripped over a rock and fell cutting his lip in the process. Personality Alyn Reed is a bright and intelligent young boy who has a love for exploration and knowledge. His love for exploring the unknown had led some of his old teachers to think him as mischievous, he didn't care whether he got into trouble if it meant he got to experience something new. He is outgoing, loving to meet new people and always there for those he calls friends, willing to listen to all their problems. History Alyn Reed was the only son of Benjamin & Jeyne Reed, his father was a pure-blooded wizard while his mother had also been half-blooded, they each met each other during their time at Hogwarts, and had known each other since they were both in Ravenclaw, and they chose to tell Alyn of their wizarding background when he was very young. He had always been incredibly smart, when he wasn't out adventuring, one could find him reading a book, or learning how to do something new that he hadn't tried before, that being said, it had not always gone his way, while learning to climb a tree, he fell and broke his ankle when he was only five years old. His parents had decided to home-school him, so he never got a proper change to meet any kids his age, that is perhaps his reason for being so out-going, there were three kids he would often play with, a few years older than him, that lived in his area and while they were playing in the woods, his first magical incident happened. They told him that this would happen to him eventually, that he may experience magic, when he went home and told his parents, they were incredibly calm and happy to hear the news, it wasn't until a few years later when he turned 11 that he received a letter from an Owl inviting him to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. First Instance of Magic When Alyn was seven, him and his friends were messing around in the woods, as he was was climbing a tree, which he had done a thousand times before, one of the branches caught loose and fell to the ground, making him lose his footing and plummet to the ground with it, however he began to hover, it startled him at first, then he suddenly let out a laugh, and he then soon dropped to the ground.
