A Friendly Game of Hide-and-Seek
"Oops! Hannah had been found by Roro! Hopefully Roro had not found me, so I think I will just go to this empty tree bunch and hide behind it, cos it seems that sadly there are not many places to hide in this seemingly big outdoor club area! OK. now let me stay quiet and wish me good luck in this second round!" The Second Year Hufflepuff with short black hair thought when Kim announced that the first round of the hide and seek game was now over and Hannah unfortunately had been found and was out of the game. As soon as the second game began, and Roro began counting, the Second Year Hufflepuff quickly walked to the empty tree bunch while trying her best to stay quiet.
When Rita finally arrived at the empty tree bunch, the Second Year Hufflepuff quickly bent her knees and hid behind it while trying her best to hold her breath and not making any noise to make herself heard. She just hoped that she would be lucky to survive this round and hopefully win the fruitcake price while she waited patiently behind the tree bunch for the game to finish. She even quietly put her hands together to pray to God and hope the God can help her survive this round even though she is pretty sure she is either agonistic or atheist.

A Friendly Game of Hide-and-Seek
Kayla held her breath and stopped moving as soon as she saw Ro's figure pass by under her tree.
'Please don't find me, please don't find me,' she thought desperately. Luckily, the universe was in her favour today, Aurora simply passed by under, paused and continued to look for people. Kayla only felt she could breath again after about ten seconds. Even as a swimmer, she couldn't hold her breath on land for that long. She shifted a bit and watched Aurora continue her search and then, she had found Hannah.
Kayla heard Ro shout that she found the Gryffindor and just like that, first round had ended. Kim announced that they should get out of their hiding spots and Kayla jumped off her branch swiftly and landed on her feet, she swayed a bit, but she steadied herself and walked over to Kim.
He said round 2 was to start, and Aurora started counting immiedietly. This time, she looked around and saw a particularly large looking bush, surrounded by other shurbs. She sprinted to that spot and lay flat on on her back, seeing as crouching would do no good for her tall figure. This spot wasn't as good as the tree, but it was something.@Kim Sato (Aoki), @Hannah Blossom, @Rita Su, @Bailey Glade, @Aurora Griffith

Bailey heard hannah being found, in the bushes somewhere.
Kim called out to the rest of them, summoning them all back to him. He then told them that they should go hide again, as Aurora started counting again.
Bailey heard Kim ask Hannah who she thought would win as she ran away to go hide, and bailey mentally thought i hope i win.... it would be great to win, and to get that fruitcake. though i always can make a fruitcake for myself when i go home for the holiday. i am sure my grandmother has a good recipe...
Bailey this time decided to hide near the lake, behind some reeds. Bailey could barely see, and was sure she could not be seen, but still crouched down just in case.
bailey sat in silence with her thoughts, waiting for aurora to finish counting and to begin her search.
Bailey's pusle was racing, she was almost positive Kim, and aurora and Hannah would be able to hear it even thought they were at the top of the hill.
Bailey heard aurora finish counting, and she steadied her breathing, crossing her fingers that she would not be found. good luck everyone... bailey thought, crouching even closer to the ground.

It was a shame that someone was out already but that was the game. Eventually, everyone would be found by the seeker. It always happened that way, the only thing that ever changed was the amount of time it took to find each person. Still, the first person to be taken out always felt the worst, and Kim thought for a few seconds. Maybe he could make them all feel better. A thought occurred to him, he'd brought his enchanted satchel with him earlier and it was filled with sweet treats. Everyone loved chocolate frogs, right? He could use them as lots of consolation prizes!
Kim nodded when Hannah spoke about thinking Kayla would win the game. "I agree with you. I think she'll win too. If she keeps finding good hiding places like the first one, she'll definitely stay hidden until the very end." He told Hannah and turned his attention to the game again. It was time for the seeker to seek out those hiding around the area. First up was Rita Su, who had chosen to hide behind a bunch of trees. She had knelt down and hidden behind them. Unfortunately, Aurora Griffith ended up choosing to search that particular area...
As a result, Rita was now out as the seeker had officially found her. Next up was Kayla Realma, who had chosen to hide inside a particular large bush, surrounded by other bushes. She chose to lay straight down to hide her lankier frame, which was a good idea. Perhaps this hiding spot was not as good as hiding up the tree she'd gone up into earlier, but maybe it would work. As Aurora approached, she checked the bushes and trees around the area. But found nothing of importance. However, her attention was then caught by the sight of a particularly large bush there.
She couldn't help but wonder if someone might be hiding there and moved over to eventually find Kayla. Two down, one to go and that fruitcake would be hers! Last up, was Bailey Glade, who had chosen to hide herself near the lake, behind some reeds, a nice choice. Everyone else had hidden behind trees or in bushes. It did seem to take the seeker a long time to find her, but in the end, Aurora ended up coming over to the area and started to check around. A slight rustling was suddenly heard near Bailey's hiding spot, not from her but from a creature or animal.....
What bad luck for the Ravenclaw third year. Aurora would pounce on this sound and eventually would discover Bailey hiding there. The seeker had now found all of her targets and was that much closer to claiming the ultimate prize of the fruitcake. Kim clapped his hands together to draw their attention to him again. "Congratulations, seeker! You've found everyone! However, the ultimate prize is not yet yours to claim. There is one last round, a finale. It will pit the seeker against the last remaining hider, the hider who managed to survive the very longest. This hider was Bailey Glade. The last round and finale will now begin!!!!!"
"Bailey, you must go and hide one last time. Aurora, you will count down from 100 one last time. If you can find Bailey within the time limit this time, you will be our ultimate winner and claim the fruitcake. If you can't, Bailey is the one who will claim the prize! But for the rest of you, there are consolation prizes, so don't worry you won't walk away with nothing from this game! Let the finale begin!" Kim said as he started the last round, wondering who would emerge the ultimate winner. Aurora or Bailey?

After finding Hannah, I proceeded to find everyone else. It was looking pretty bad for everyone: I found Rita nestled behind a cluster of trees. "Aha! I found you Rita! I'm sorry that you didn't get the fruitcake..." I spied a large bush surrounded by a crowd of other bushes. It looked particularly suspicious. I checked some of the other bushes and trees around the place but to no avail. I quietly crept toward the larger bush and quickly ripped apart some of the branches and leaves. "Gotcha Kayla! I will give it to you, this was not a bad place to hide, it was actually pretty smart!" I said, smiling once I had found Kayla hiding inside the bush. The last person to find was Bailey. I admired my own seeking ability, because golly, I was on a roll! I checked near the lake, where the reeds were. Then I heard a distinct rustling
noise. Obviously, I practically jumped on the sound, searching through the reeds for the mysterious noise until I eventually found Bailey. "Found you Bailey! This was actually a pretty smart hiding place, good job!" I really had been on a roll, I had found everyone. Kim announced that the final round was about to begin. When the word was given to begin, I headed to the center of the area and started to count from 100 to 0. "100, 99, 98, 97, 96, 95, 94..." When I was finished, I yelled, "Ready or not, here I come!" I stopped to listen for breathing or any other noises. Then I went to look around for Bailey. I was in my element, and I was fueled with a new confidence I didn't have before.

A Friendly Game of Hide-and-Seek
Kayla thought she was clever hiding behind the bushes, but clearly not.
Kayla had first heard Aurora find Rita, she heard the redhead shout and Kayla winced, as it sounded so close. Kayla held her breath as Aurora walked by her, and just when Kayla thought she had succeeded, Aurora found her. Great. Being naturally competitive from the athletics she used to do, she had a bitter thought in her mind as she stood up and rubbed the dirt off her shirt and pants. Laying on the ground wasn't one of her brightest ideas.
"Well done," Kayla told Aurora before the girl went off to look for Bailey. But no sooner had Ro found Kayla, she had found Bailey too. Then Kim announced the round over, but the competition wasn't over yet. It was now Bailey against Ro- Ravenclaw against Hufflepuff. Even though Aurora had found her, Kayla was rooting for Aurora. Hufflepuffs gotta stick together, don't they?
"I hope Ro wins that fruitcake," Kayla said to the group, "If Bailey finds a good hiding spot, well then she's probably gonna win." Kayla wasn't a hide and seek strategist, but she knew odds well.
"What do you guys reckon?" she asked, after Aurora had started counting.@Kim Sato (Aoki), @Bailey Glade, @Hannah Blossom, @Aurora Griffith, @Rita Su

A Friendly Game of Hide-and-Seek
It was over. Rita had been found, and unluckily somehow, she was the first one that was found by Roro. Maybe the Second Year Hufflepuff should change her hiding spot, but anyway the game was over. Then, Kayla and Bailey were also found. "Oh, Roro was really good at finding people, she crashed the game." The Second Year Hufflepuff thought.
Kim then announced that there would be a final game between Bailey and Roro. Kayla then said to the group that she hoped Roro won the game unless Bai found a great place to hide. "Kay has a point. Roro is definitely a really good seeker, plus I am definitely rooting for Hufflepuff. I`m sorry Bailey, you are one of the sweetest girls I`ve ever meet, but I think it is better to support someone from your own house, Hufflepuff that is. But if Bailey won the final game, it won`t be a really big disappointment since we are all friends and see each other almost everywhere in Hogwarts." Rita thought before replying to the group, "You are totally right, Kay. Roro is a really good seeker, since she has found everyone else. I hope she can win this round, let`s just wait and see the result." She then stood beside Kayla and impatiently wait for Roro to finish counting and for the game to start.

Aurora seemed to be filled with a new sense of energy and purpose. Perhaps it was because if she won this round, she'd claim the fruitcake on her own! The odds were looking good for her, since she'd discovered all the previous hiders before. There was no reason why she couldn't do it again! As Kayla spoke, giving her opinion of who she wanted to win, Kim nodded. "It'll be interesting to see who comes out on top!" He agreed but personally wanted Aurora to win too. After all, Bailey was pretty skilled at baking, she could easily make one on her own later...
But Kim wasn't about to predict the winner, he didn't know. Plus, he didn't want to show favoritism towards anyone. After all, it was supposed to be a neutral game with him as the moderator. Rita showed interest in having Aurora win too and although Hannah had been rather quiet, Kim wouldn't have been surprised if she shared the same thoughts. But then again, the girl might surprise him and support the only Ravenclaw in the game. As Aurora finished her countdown, Kim watched as she went about to try and find Bailey's hiding place. It took her a few minutes to search.
She glanced around a tree, looked up through the branches, and searched the bushes. Even went down to check the reeds where Bailey had hidden last time. But Aurora didn't find the older girl. For a time, it seemed as if the Ravenclaw would win the game. However, within the last five minutes of the game, Aurora decided to check a clump of bushes near the reeds of the lake. And there she was! The seeker had finally found their target, Bailey had lost the game! Kim cheered, clapping his hands together as he called everyone to gather + return to the main area......
"Congratulations, Aurora! You've won the hide-and-seek game! Come take your prize!" Kim told her and turned around to pick up the fruitcake from its current resting place. He presented it to Aurora and waited for her to take the item. After she'd done so, he turned to regard the other participants who had been in the game. "Good work to the rest of you. Although you did your best, there can only be one winner. Cheer for Aurora! Don't worry though, those who didn't win won't go away emptyhanded." They wouldn't do so!
"Come take a chocolate frog box from me. Thank you for coming to this hide-and-seek game, I know it was rather impromptu but I think it went pretty well. Maybe we can all do it again sometime!" Kim told them and leaned down to take out 5 chocolate frog boxes from his satchel. Puffie squeaked up at him, having been resting on top of the satchel. Ah, he'd taken out 5 of them instead of 4, eh whatever he'd give one to Aurora too. Kim waited for them all to come up and take a chocolate frog box and then leaned down to pick up his satchel again.
Puffie squeaked and hopped onto his shoulder, deciding to ride there instead of inside the satchel.
Information
- Since Bailey did not post in time, Aurora (the seeker) is the ultimate winner!

A Friendly Game of Hide-and-Seek
Alright, the game was officially over, and as Rita had expected, Roro, as an exceptionally well seeker and a member of the badgers` community, had successfully found Bailey and won the fruitcake prize. The other players of the game, including Rita herself, had each received a chocolate frog as a participation prize. "Let me see which card I can get this time! I love chocolate frogs!" The Second Year Hufflepuff whispered to herself as she was opening the frog. And now, since the game was over, it was time for the black-haired Hufflepuff to pick up her belongings to leave. But Rita had decided to say some final words to the group before taking a leave.
"Great job, Roro! I don`t know you are a brilliant seeker! You deserve the fruitcake prize!" The Second Year Hufflepuff said delightfully to the group, "Thank you for organizing the game and the chocolate frogs, Kim! I really had fun playing this hide-and-seek game! I guess it is time to call it a day, and catch you all later to do other interesting things!"
After finishing her final speech, Rita waved goodbye to the other four presenting in the group, picked up her belongings, and left the outdoor club area to prepare for lunch break and afternoon lessons. The Second Year Hufflepuff really had a great time playing hide-and-seek with the other group of four she was quite familiar with, and she wondered what she would do with them when they met again, which should not be too long.

Bailey had made it to the last round. Now it was just her hiding, and Ro seeking.
bailey listenend to kim as he gave the instructions, and then she went to hide. She wanted the fruitcake, but was honestly just happy she had had time to run around like a child (which she was) and enjoy her time with friends. Kim was her best friend, though he acted WAY more mature than most 13 year olds.
he is thirteen, right? she thought. when is his birthday? i should ask.... i'll get him to tell me. he honestly doesn't share much... i'll have to pry it out of him!
With this in mind bailey went to hide again. She found what she thought was an amazing hiding spot, but this was proven wrong when Ro found her. Bailey smiled showing that there were no hard feelings, and that she was a good sport, she also said "great job ro! You'll have to let me know what the fruitcake tastes like!"
Bailey wasn't mad - she even got a chocolate frog for her efforts. She smiled at Kim, and waited for everyone else to leave, before she would ask.
"heyyyy kimmm...." she started, before her question bursted out of her. "When's your birthday? i know you know mine but i don't think i know yours...... at least what's your sign - you're not a gemini too are you?"
Bailey would keep up her stream of talking as long as she and kim were walking together, until they separated ways. She had her fingers crossed that by then she would have his birthday - cause she was TOTALLY planning something to surprise him. NO matter how much he protested, she would show how much she honestly cared for him.
