Valentine Ball Comittee Chat

Okay so here is the map of the ball room:
(will post later since my normal image hosting site is down)
I've left letters there so people can say which table they are at for context and we can keep an eye on the comings and goings. If you don't like the idea I'll scrap it.
I'll work on creating table decor!
Has anyone started working on the starter?
Elizabeth are you planning on making everything dessert? Because I think you should have a few 'snack' type foods.

I think we are mixing all things honestly.
It's okay we helping each other, but no need for all of us doing the same things.
By that I mean Tai is making the planning, we can help and give opinion, but no need for another person to be doing the same thing, is waste of time and is taking the opportunity for everyone to participate.
The decorations is Thorn Cullen and me who are making it. We will share here what we are planning so you can also gave your opinions. The starter is also being written by us.
There's a lot to do tho. We need to decide maybe 1/2 musics for our starters and mod posts, can someone do that?
And how to make the kiss booth work, and the piñata and how can we write the messages on the tree?
Also...will we have enchanted items? Like in Fall Ball with the food? If so, how can we make it work?
Do you think is enough? Can we prepare more surprises? Can we have a special place where we can have amortencia for example? It would bring chaos and fun to the threads!
It's my opinion and I'm trying to make everyone participate and enjoy to plan this Ball

Since I signed up saying I would do that, I will work on the playlist! I will have to do it later though, because I have to go now.

Hi! Since my character's birthday is Feb 14 I was just wondering if you could do some sort of announcement during the ball of it like in the intro post or later/whoever is directing the ball? If not that's totally fine

So I suggest that we do that! I assume that we all will be directing the ball?

Yeah, that sounds good! And yes I'm (Taisia's) in for directing the ball.

Yes I assume that we all are going to direct the ball. But the mod post and rolls should be make by just one person. At least at a time! We can take turns tho, first mod is made by Elizabeth, second by Thorn, etc…

The only problem I see with that with Daphne is that there is more characters having her birthday on 14. To not make people think Daphne is special I suggest then that we see all people’s bday (people that signed up for the ball obviously!) and owl those that have their bdays at 14 asking if they also want an announcement. But, our ball is not going to be at 14, we talked it would be at 17, Friday.

I still think we should have a picture of Thorn up because she did participate in planning

Oh so if the ball is on the 17th, will we be doing the dessert thing or dinner?
