Alan watched as their last actions took place, and considering all three duellists were barely holding on at that point, they all decided to heal themselves up. Dmitri would heal himself with a well placed healing charm. Pericles would use the same charm but extend it to his team mate, Phaedra would return the favor and heal both of them with a Episkey and Alan was left dumbfounded because he had no idea in who's favor to vote for. Both teams looked equally bad and beaten up. Though Dmitri looked more well off, he was missing a team mate and Alan seriously doubted that he could make a proper decision, so Alan decided for the emergency solution aaaaand.....

picked up Tiger and placed him in the middle of the piste. "You choose," he said and stepped back and folded his arms over his chest. As he stepped back to his moderator post, Tiger had taken the time to sniff around the piste before ultimately approaching Dmitri, Alan nearly had to snort as he gestured into the viper's direction with a grin. "I guess that means... SLYTHERIN WINS!" Alan would give a happy nod, this was the best he could have made of the situation, though he did feel slightly bad for Ravenclaw, as they had fought well and managed to nearly turn the tide just at the end. This was overall a quite well balanced duel, he supposed.

"Please ensure that all four of you seek medical attention, you all did a really great job and I'd say it was pretty close! So congrats for Slytherin and a well fought for Ravenclaw!"
