boo- just had my monthly therapy session- well my first one- and well- it was nice to have somebody listen to all my proplems.

Yeah, telling someone all your problems is a nice feeling, sometimes I do it too, although no one really is around, but telling the air your problems also seems to help, at least it does for me.
Personally, I'd feel a little guilty telling ALL my problems to a therapist though, I know the job of a therapist is to listen to other people's problems but I don't know, for me I'm always worried I overshare too much... I like pleasing people and not bothering them too much...
Ahhhh... but it does feel good to tell my problems ahahaha. I'm torn.
Ugh, stupid hand, guess I'll still rest it a little more. Pill is starting to work I think but not fully yet.
