Btw @Elizabeth Brown, just for future reference, you can always delete the last post in a thread if it's yours! It's the little trash can icon. However, if the last post isn't yours, you can't delete it and you also can't delete the last post you wrote in a thread, if it doesn't happen to be the last post in the thread.
