The beginning of an inevitable journey Fin

"I suppose, Grandmo—"
Ashley was quick rubbed off Amaris; ironically, he almost referred to Amaris as his grandmother. Although the girl did resemble his grandma, as mentioned earlier, there were no interconnections or a shared past. Nothing is connected to the Levine Family since he was taught about every single member of the Montez family when he was 7 years old.

When he was preparing to take his luggage with the clothing he brought with him packed inside, a resounding voice instructed all students to leave their luggage since it has tags and can be quickly identified. However, the child retrieved his wand from one of the bags and placed it in the inside pocket of his kimono, which appeared to be specifically made for it.

All of the kids were making a lot of noise as they gleefully emerged from their compartments, Ashley who was pleased but resisted expressing it also emerged from his compartment. He left without bidding farewell to Amaris and left with two new pupils, none of whom he even bothered to have a conversation with.

After getting off the Hogwarts Express, it appeared as if each of the students were gathering in a single area. When they arrived at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, they were greeted by the headmaster. The mythical world's sun was just about to set when they arrived.

She furrowed her eyebrows, noticing how Ashley nearly called her something else. Those thoughts were dispersed as a voice rang out, telling the students to leave their luggage. Amaris slipped out of the compartment and made her way out of the train. She found herself looking for Ashley, though eventually stopped her efforts.

Stepping off the train, she noted how the sun was about to set. Were they really on the train for that long? Amaris turned her attention back to the headmaster, who had begun rounding up the first-year students, leading them to a large body of water with dozens of small boats floating around. She supposed the first-year students were traversing through the water to reach Hogwarts, which the other years weren’t doing. Perhaps it was some sort of tradition, Amaris thought.

Amaris stepped into a boat, hoping that it wouldn’t topple over with her inside. That would definitely make a very disastrous first impression. Some other students sat in the same boat, talking amongst themselves. The headmaster began to escort them to the castle after the pupils became situated and thankfully, she passed through the lake without many issues. Now that she was in closer proximity to the castle, she could see how big it really was, how complex the structure was. It excited her how she would be spending the majority of the year here.

Reaching the other side of the harbour, the headmaster started to list the numerous rules of Hogwarts. It seemed that he had recited the exact same lines dozens of times before which he probably had before. The only thing he talked about that intrigued Amaris was something about the Forbidden Forest. Eventually, the headmaster started to lead them to a door, where they would enter the Great Hall. She smiled, eager to officially start her magical journey.
