OOC Time For Snowball Fight PV Tagged

Hi and welcome everyone! Thank you to all of you who either discord DM or owl me about your interest in this Snowball Fight. I am sure you are eager to know what's what and how the game works. So without further ado, let's get to it!


This moderation game is pretty easy. As I stated in the RPG Partner Requests, there will be 10 players playing in this game (initially it was 8 players but I expand it a bit). Each team will have 5 personnel.
- This is a moderate game, so the word count per post is NOT reduced. You must write at least 200 words per reply.
- Each person will try to knock the other team member out of the game
- The stats I will be using are Ability, Accuracy, Evasion, Stamina, and Strength. So, to make this moderation run smoothly and for my sake, please stated those stats either at the top or the bottom of each of your posts
- Be sure that you already had your stats in your trunk and had been registered into the Index official list before you join this game
- If by next week the last spot had not been filled yet, Cash will join the fray
- Whichever team wins the whole thing by having the most team member in your group, will get a reward. And for those who didn't, they will get unopened choco frogs.


Since this game did not need your ability, this is how health and damage come into paly.
- All players will start with 100% HP
- Each time you got hit by a snowball, your HP will be reduced to 8%
- If your HP reached 0%, you will get taken out of the game

As you can see there is still one spot left to fill all the main spots had been filled but if you are interested in joining the game, please do Owl me. So, if you have someone in mind or they might miss the announcement, feel free to tell them so! The teams above aren't set to stone just yet.

I tried to split things evenly when all of you posted your stats down below. I’m hoping for a well-balanced game! Feel free to come up with a team name (optional) and have your captain send it to me before the first mod post.

When will the game start OOC?

When is the game IC?

• Saturday, December 17th, 2022 After Lunch if the IC date didn't work for you, feel free to owl me and suggest your preference date

How much time will I have to post?

• You will have exactly 7 days from the time the mod post is made to both write your reply AND for captains to send in their actions

What if I forget to post?

• It happens sometimes! If you don’t post, your character’s action for that round won’t count. And if you miss 2 posts in a row, you will be removed from your team

How does Strength come into play?

• Well, first of foremost, I will roll for Acc vs Eva to determine whether you succeed or not chuck that snowball to your designated opponent, then the damage calculations for a snowball hit is (base damage of 8% hp + str x 12). Still confused? let me break it down for you.
  
  For example :
  Cash : sta 8 • eva 8 • str 8 • wis 7 • arc 7 • acc 10 vs
  Auri : sta 6 • eva 20 • str 5 • wis 12 • arc 5 • acc 13
  
  So, let's say Auri hits Cash with a snowball. the damage calculations would go as follows :
  
  Cash's base health= 8 x 100= 800 hp
  Base damage per hit : 8% = 800 x 0.08= 64 dmg
  Str damage hit = 5 x 12= 60dmg
  Total damage on hit by Auri = 60 + 64 = 124 dmg
  
  Cassandra would be left with 800-124 = 676 hp remaining. On the other hand, if Cash were to successfully hit Auri, the damage calculations of (base dmg 8% hp + str x 12) would go as follows
  
  Auri's base health= 6 x 100= 600 hp
  Base damage per hit : 8% = 600 x 0.08= 48 dmg
  Str damage hit = 8 x 12= 96 dmg
  Total damage on hit by Cash = 48 + 96 = 144 dmg
  
  Aurelia would be left with 600 - 144= 456 hp

Where will the rolls be done?

• In the “bot-spam” channel on the h.io discord, the results will be posted under the reducios of your character names of each mod post

How did my character find out about this event?

• A week or so before Christmas, Cash had put up an announcement on the Bulletin Board near the entrance of the Great Hall that they will hold a Snowball Fight. In the said announcement, your character will find the date, name, and time for the event. Under the announcement, you will find an attached parchment to signup

I’m a captain, what do I do?

• Your main role is to owl (not discord DM) me your team’s actions before the deadline each week.
