Ate unhealthy yesterday and too much so now my gerd condition is bothering me again. I don't have acid reflux part of gerd I have the breathing and throat/ear pain problem of gerd. Thankfully, the throat/ear problem isn't present this time but the breathing and chest/heart problem is. Blah. It'll take me a few days to get back to normal usually as long as I eat healthy again...
