It was only a couple of days since the six schools had arrived. The horntail horde's cabin just happened to be a couple of units away from his own bunk. At dawn, Hadrian snuck towards the Horntail cabin as sneaky as a cat, to his luck, Cielle's bunk was right next to the window. He supposed there was no need to appear knocking at the front door with a bunch of roses to ask her out and face the damned horde. "Pst. Cielle." He called. "Cece- come outside, got s'thing to show ya," he beckoned.

@hadrian zuheirCielle had always been quite a light sleeper, so the sound of her name being called from outside was enough to jolt her awake. Confused, the Norwegian sat up and turned her head to check if it was anyone in the Durmstrang cabin who had called her name, rubbing the sleep from her eyes as she did so. A smile would grace her features as she finally caught sight of Hadrian outside her window.
Since meeting at summer camp, the American had stolen Cielle's heart, and it was an understatement to say that she was delighted to see him once again. She held up a finger and mouthed something along the lines of "Give me a minute." Cielle threw on a dark green zip-up hoodie [x] over her pajamas [x] before tiptoeing over to the door as quietly as she could, a pair of Ugg boots held in her hands. Once she was outside, she would put the shoes on and rush over to Hadrian.
"Good morning," she said, suddenly unsure of what to say. For some reason, Cielle couldn't stop smiling, and she pressed her hands to her cheeks in an attempt to hide her blushing. "What's this about? What are you doing here?" Even through her inquisitive questioning, she was definitely flirting. She glanced towards the cabin, suddenly nervous that someone else would wake up and notice her talking to Hadrian. Putting a hand on Hadrian's arm, Cielle would attempt to lead him away out of sight of her team. "What's it you wanted to show me?"

Hadrian would successfully draw the slinky cat out to play. As she came outside to meet him by the door, he would greet her back with a short "Good morning, beautiful." It was too easy to charm the younger Durmstrang girl, unlike an older Gryffindor lioness. The sun barely gleamed, still under the horizon at this early time of the morning. The girl's arm snaked around his, dragging her away from the cabin as she inquired about his plans. "Yeah, surely don't want to wake the dragon horde," Hadrian joked.
It was cute, the way her face seemed to brighten up at the sight of him and the way her hands cupped her cheeks abashedly. His plans happened to involve flying on the broom he had on hand to the roof of the highest castle tower. From his pocket, he'd take out a strip of cloth - a makeshift blindfold, "Do you trust me, Cielle?" He asked. How far had months spent exchanging owls intercountry actually got him? Hadrian would secure the blindfold over her eyes if she allowed. "Up." He'd call his broom to hover. Once they were both on, he would take flight.
The breeze was chilly at this time of day, but likely not a problem for the Norwegian. It was a short flight before they reached, speed slowing before coming to a stop. On the top of the roof, it was perfect, just as he anticipated, the sun peaking through the horizon to cast its golden rays across the lake and grounds. Romantic? Sure. With a tug, the blindfold would come loose. "Beautiful, isn't it?"

@hadrian zuheirThe rose tinge of Cielle's cheeks deepened in colour at being referred to as 'beautiful'. Her brown eyes lit up, evidently flattered at his compliment. It was truly embarrassing how she melted into a puddle at Hadrian's words, given that she was usually so loud. "Of course I trust you," she said instantly. Perhaps it was foolish of her to put her trust into someone who she'd barely spent any time with. But Cielle fell in love with people quickly, and Hadrian had somehow wormed his way into her mind and heart faster than expected. So she allowed him to blindfold her, ignoring the instinct to resist one of her senses being taken away.
She would shriek in part fear and part exhiliration, and cling to Hadrian as they took flight. Cielle was not afraid of heights, but it was different when you couldn't see where you were going. Thankfully, they were not in the air for too long, and as the broom slowed to a stop, the blindfold fell away. Cielle looked down first, and her jaw dropped at how high up they were. Was she scared? No. But it was true that she had never been this high up before. A fall from the trapeze would cripple you, but a fall from here would most certainly leave you as dead as Natasha Romanoff.
Then she lifted her eyes away from the drop to the skies, and the view took her breath away.
Cielle's lips parted to form an O and her brown eyes widened as she took it all in. She couldn't believe her luck - it was like she was the main character in an early 2000s romcom. Cielle had never really liked romantic movies, but now she wished that she'd watched more of them, so she'd know what to say right now to the boy she liked so very, very much. "Yes," she finally said, turning her head to smile up at him. "It's very beautiful." But even lovelier, she realised, was him... he was so pretty, it almost hurt. Her stomach fluttered with butterflies. There was the whole world at her feet, literally at her feet, and yet all she could think about was how beautiful his hazel eyes were.

She trusted him. Words said almost immediately, she knew. Perfect. Her hands were tight around his waist, clinging on, as she shrieked in exhilaration speeding through the chilly Scottish Highland winds. A corner of his lips tilted into a smirk as they disembarked off the broom and the circus girl regained her sight, blindfold removed. Crumpling the strip of fabric into a ball, he tossed it down the tower.
Making Cielle content was far too easy it seemed, he watched her, how her expression changed into that of awe. The first gaze of the sun hit the earth across the horizon, lighting everything touched in their rightful colour. Especially at such a view of the highest tower. Indeed, it was beautiful. Then Cielle turned to him, a smile on her face. Once again, Hadrian was winning at his own game, playing with the girl's heartstrings. The American boy had won her over, and it wasn't hard at all to do. Cielle was not at all his type of girl, she was too gullible.
"Cielle," He started, taking a step closer. In this game, Cielle was barely aware of what role that she played. "I would like us to be more than just friends," He said, it didn't quite matter what she thought, it wasn't phrased as a question, it was his idea.

@hadrian zuheirCielle's breath caught in her throat as Hadrian took a step closer to her, eyes flickering to his lips nervously before back up to his face. His sentence didn't fully register for a moment, despite it being the exact words that she'd hoped for him to say for months now. "I..." A smile spread across her face as his words sank in, heart hammering against her chest. She didn't even dare to breathe, lest the moment fall away if she moved or spoke too suddenly. "You would? With me?" The beautiful views beneath her were insignificant and small compared to the electric euphoria she was feeling. He liked her? To know that someone this beautiful loved and picked her, of all people, sent a thrill down her spine.
Cielle exhaled softly in a laugh. There was pure happiness in her eyes when she spoke next, her words eager and quick: "I would too!" Of course, she'd wanted this practically since she'd met Hadrian. But could you blame her? He had such a way about him. She had hardly believed it when he'd started showing an interest in her. And even after he'd actually said the words - more than friends - the feeling that this entire thing was nothing but a lovely dream still lingered.
She would take a breath before continuing. "You have no idea how happy I am to hear you say that," Cielle confessed. The words that had stuck in her throat moments earlier gushed out now. "Like, I think you're so beautiful. Everything about you. And I'm... well, you know." She would grin sheepishly and gestured awkwardly at herself, cheeks flushing rosy red. "You're like. Like, did you step out of my dreams or something? And every time I'm with you, it feels like nothing else matters, because like, you're you, and you're with me, and I'm with you, and..."
For some reason she couldn't stop herself from blabbing on and on. It was so embarrassing how she couldn't just shut up when she was around him, but strangely enough, Cielle found she didn't hate what she became with Hadrian.
