Climbing A Mountain PV Beatrice Dupont Closed

@Beatrice Dupont

He placed his hands on both sides of his foot that stood planted on the top of the shelf, he then retracted his foot to meet the other, successfully putting him on top of the bookshelf! Edward smiled at his victory, thank goodness for all that yoga he did with his mom! But when her work hours became longer, the time of yoga with his mom decreased. There was a small flash of sadness in Edward's eyes as he went into sitting position and turned to look at all the books, not even one was disturbed. He smiled his goofy smile.
"Now just do what I did!" Edward stated quietly, because they were in a library. Though what Edward said to do was definitely easier said than done. He then went into silence as to watch Beatrice he didn't want to throw her off focus from the mission ahead of her. One thing was certain though, Edward was rooting for her every step of the way!
"Don't you dare let me fall if I slip Edward Edwards. Can't risk breaking any of these books by taking 'em down with me," Beatrice said just as quietly, a grin on her face, Edward grinned back, before she took the next step onto the last book. She took a deep breath, looking at Edward and back at the gap. Then she placed her right foot on the bookshelf, shaking slightly. Edward stayed attentive in case anything happened, like a collapse of a book or the miss-step of the girl.
"Oh Bloody hell," Beatrice muttered as she placed her hands on both sides of her foot that stood planted on the top of the shelf, she then retracted her foot to meet the other, successfully putting her on top of the bookshelf next to her.
Edward gave her a high five nodding with a silly face as if he was unimpressed, his humor once again revealing itself before he let out a small laugh.
"I knew you had it in ya," Edward smiled, he knew that was what friends do, they stick together, see each other's unlimited potential, knows their limits and when to push them out of their comfort zone. They were partners in crime, Bonnie and Clyde without the romance. "Now look...." He said gesturing his hand to the whole library below, it was a beautiful spectacular view. From where they sat they could see almost the entire room, granted it was very large. It was really amazing.
"Success! Climbing a mountain," Edward said before turning his head to look at the dark haired girl. "Together."

Some people just need a high-five... In the face ... With a chair...
