KJK's life revolves around the gym, he literally only does that every day. He films the shows like RM and then instantly goes to the gym. Apparently, everyone has said he spends way too much time in the gym and has no long-term romantic relationships because of it because he has no time for anything or anyone else. He's been in relationships before with girls but they all left him saying he spent too much time in the gym and was always at the gym when they were together. So yeah he works out in the gym insane amounts of time every single day, I'm surprised he can do so much!

He's trained and exercised in the gym on a regular basis for multiple hours every day for 27 years according to what he said on his channel! Also did you know the reason why he's a gym obsessed guy is because he has a back condition that's scoliosis and working out at the gym helped his condition improve and that's why he spends so much time there!
