Immediately after dinner, I went up to my dorm to grab my cat and my book. I had to climb all the way up to the highest point of the castle, just to grab a few things. Then, once I made it down all the stairs I went over to the door and went out. There were a few students who had already gone out, also trying to escape the other students who would be coming out soon. I went down to the Great Lake and began to walk down to the shore. I arrived on the sandy beach and set Zara down.

I plopped down on the nearest rock and adjusted my scarf. It was November, so, it was cold, but I hated wearing winter clothes. I spotted Zara on the waters edge, looking in to it, and I immediately went into overprotective cat owner mode.

“Zara! Get away from the water!” I yelled. I felt bad yelling at her, but I also didn’t want her to drown or get lost. Zara ran from the water and we walked in silence to our usual rock.

Zara began to get ahead of me and I began to walk faster, trying to keep up. I peeked around a large tree at the rock I went to when I needed to get away. I slightly jumped back when I happened to see a boy [@ Kierce Gray] wearing a black hoodie, with glasses and messy hair. Zara was rubbing all over him. Crap. I set my stuff down and practically ran over to the boy, and pulled my cat off him. “Oh my goodness. I am so so sorry!” I said as I stepped away from the boy.
