The participant of the game started gathering up near the owlery, they were gathered here by the trails of candy on the floor from the Ball to the location of the game. Upon arriving, the players will be separated into 2 parties, the damsel and the rescuers. There are committees dressed up in scary witch outfits to "kidnap" the damsel to the top of the owlery, while the rescuer stays behind at the bottom. The owlery is decorated to look very eerie, and foggy. The rescuer would be introduced to a corn maze when they arrive at the location, and instruction would be given out by one of the committees. The same goes for the Damsel on top of the Owlery. The Damsels are gathered in a room with a lot of windows. They were later given the instruction of the game by the committees. It was when the clock chimed, they could finally start the game!

"The damsel is trapped on top of the tower of doom. Whatever shall they do? Are they going to stand still and wait for their rescuer to come and save them? The damsel tries to look at their surrounding, Oh, what could they possibly find in the wicked witch's den? A potion perhaps?"

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Following the crowed as the game was about to begin, Monet walking next to Maksim...This was crazy...right? He had only just met this girl this evening, what on earth possessed him to ask if she cared to join him in this game. At the start of this night he never even considered signing up for any activities. His plan was show up, make some introductions, get a feel for the competition, then retire to his tent for the rest of the evening. His whole night has been derailed, and for what?
He glanced over to her, the breeze softly tussling her long... elegant hair. It nearly looked as flawless as his own... was that the reason? Was it because she matched him in many of the aspects that Maksim held in high regards for someone worth spending time with?
There wasn't too much time to dwell further on the matter, he was at the game, and she was his partner. They had one goal, to conquer this little quest.
The teams were separated, Maksim watch as Monet disappeared up to the tower with the other damsels, "Good luck..." He called after her, while he was taken to the rescuers starting point. He was brought to a corn maze, and they were given instructions on the game, and what their role was in it. Simple, navigate the corn maze to meet up with your damsel... something he was rather good at.
After instructions had been given the time had come to wait for the game to begin. Maksim faced a dark, seemingly endless maze, but he had a plan, he remembered learning from his father that mazes were one big trick, there was always a simple way to navigate them. "Always keep a hand to the wall, the same hand, and you will find your way out." He repeated his fathers words in his head.
The clock chimed, and Maksim lifted his left hand to the corn wall, he felt the leaves edges, they felt sharp, rough, and he held his hand further back to as not to fully touch the wall, but mimic what he was to be doing. Pressing forward through the maze, keeping his left hand to the wall as he walked. When he came to the end of the wall, he simply turned with it, not letting his hand part from the barriers. As he walked he realized that by navigating with his hand, he didn't need to rely as much on his sight... the darkness of the maze seemed to not be a hinderance to him, so long as this plan worked out. His only hope is that when he reached the tower, whatever Monet had to do in order for them to both move forward as a team, would be done. Perhaps that would be the end of the game... maybe they would be the first pair done? He smiled at that thought, the power team they had potential to be, and pressed on.━━━━━━━━━━━━Action:

After Daphne and I got out of the pumpkin carriage and stepped foot on the grounds again, I would take out my wand before casting a Scourgify on myself and Daphne to clean our clothing from sitting inside of the pumpkin. We walked over to the long table of food and helped ourselves to a bit of it before going off to the side to eat it. “Say, isn’t that a trail of beans?” I asked Daphne as I pointed over to some beans leading away from the castle. “I wonder where it leads to, wanna follow it?” “Sure Daphne.” And so, we finished eating before setting off to follow the tail of beans. We walked for a few minutes before coming over to a large tower, the West Tower by the looks of it. We soon found out that we came to an activity called ‘Save Your Date’ and that if we wanted to participate, then one of us, the ‘Damsel’ would be ‘kidnapped’ and the other one, the ‘Recuer’ would have to come and rescue them. We were assured that the damsel would have to do some tasks of their own and Daphne and I agreed that I’d be the Rescuer and that she’d be the Damsel. “I believe in you Dave!” Daphne said before being lead away by the people dressed in witch outfits while I was lead away to the rest of the Rescuers. As we walked further and further away from each other, a smile appeared on my face and I responded by saying “Thanks Daphne.” After a few minutes, we were told exactly what we’d be doing, passing a spooky corn maze filled with darkness and terror to try to reach our destination and save our date. We were then let into the mazes and without thinking twice, I got out my wand and said “Lumos!” and I was glad that I did because the maze was very dark and the moon wasn’t providing enough light for me to see well. I proceeded through the maze with caution, expecting something to come out at any moment. And if something did come out, then I wouldn’t hesitate to use a Flipendo on whatever it was.Permission to godmod in the manner done so given by Daphne Sapphirus

Lloyd and Eloise made their way outside for the save your date activity. They and the other participants had followed the trails of candy from the Ball and had arrived at the owlery.French

As he and Eloise were separated, he took her hand in his and placed a quick kiss on it.
“Ramène-moi à la maison en toute sécurité, ma chérie !”1 he said in his French English accent. He was the damsel in this challenge, and he knew that Eloise would be the most dashing and beautiful rescuer there.
To himself he muttered “Tout ira bien - Eloïse est plus que capable de prendre soin d'elle-même. t'occupe juste de ce que tu as à faire Lloyd. Concentrez-vous et tout ira bien.”2
Heading up to the top of the owlery, Lloyd kept one hand on the side of the wall. He could barely see. He considered lighting his wand, but thought better of it.
Sometimes it’s better not to know.. he thought, and then shuddered.

Arriving at the top of the stairs, he entered the owlry, running over the rules or instructions he had been given in his head.
the damsel… trapped in the tower of doom?! Will they wait for their rescuer to come save them - should I? Or look for the potion? I’ll look for the potion. Taking a breath Lloyd said that out loud to make it seem more real “I will search for the potion.”

This was a dream come true. To think not only had she found Hiro at the ball, but to be asked to be his partner in this game, nearly made her heart skip a beat. There were quite a few people who were also partaking in this little challenge, would it be a race? To see who got to their Damsel first? What team could escape the fastest?
Thinking back to past times when Monica's competitiveness resulted in more of a hinderance than a strength, she opted to not dwell on weather or not the goal was to finish first. Her only goal was doing her part, what she could, so that both her and Hiro could complete the game. That was all that mattered.
She looked up at him, smiling as the instructions we spoken in the background, how lucky she was that he asked her to play... no one else. Just Monica was his pick. At least that is what she told herself. Her dreams of him liking her back sent her mind into wild fantasies, going on dates, spending the night stare gazing, talking about things she could never talk to anyone else about. If this was a dream, she never wanted to wake up.
Soon she was ushered away with the other damsels... Not even paying attention to a thing that was said before, hopefully there would be more instructions once she got to the top of the tower. She looked back to Hiro as she left, her face gleaming with joy, "See you real soon!" She said as her parting words to him.
Once they got to the top, more explanation was given, and it was a good thing, no Hiro to distract her from paying attention this time. She had the task to find a potion... should be easy enough right? How many places could one potion be? Once the instructions were given, there was a lull while waiting for the game to begin. Monica traced around the room with her eyes, looking for any possible spots the potion could be...
Then the clock chimed. The game was on.
Monica rushed to begin her search, checking under furniture, behind curtains, anywhere she could think to look. Trying to be a thorough as possible in her searching. Hopefully she would meet her goal soon enough, and Hiro would have similar luck with his task.

When Ash heard about this game called "Save Your Date" from her date, Marius. She got quite excited and agreed to participate with him. And when they went to sign up for the game, she picked "damsel". It wasn't because she was a girl or something. Ash simply wanted to be a different kind of "damsel" that looked fragile but still had the courage to face any unexpected challenges. Ash loved playing competition games during her time in the Muggle school. It was always fun to go against other students to see who was the winner in the end. However, this would be Ash's first time participating in a game in a wizarding school that could be magical! Anyone would be super enthusiastic about it.
It was kind of funny who the participants had to follow a trail of candies from the ball in order to find the location where the game "Save Your Date" would be held. It ended up leading them to the Owlery. And once all of them gathered at the destination, there were already committees who dressed up in really strange outfits. Ash guessed they were perhaps trying to look scary? The "rescuers" had to stay behind. So before following the other "damsels" up to the Owlery, she gave a thumbs up to her own "rescuer", "Good luck, Marius! I'm sure we'll see each other very soon, I have faith in ya." Ash had to believe in him if they wanted to win this game together.
After listening to the given instructions from the committee, who was in charge of the "damsel" group. The sound of the chiming clock almost startled her. The game "Save Your Date" finally started! Ash first looked around the area, the atmosphere here was indeed kind of eerie, and it was a bit difficult to see clearly due to the fog.
Alright! Let see...should I just stay here and wait for Marius to save me or should I try to escape this place...well duh! The answer is so easy.
Ash smiled confidently to herself, and decided that she would find that potion.

Clair followed the group, she was not in the lead nor the back. She was perfectly in the middle of it all.
She did not fully understand what the game was, but it sounded fun, something like saving people, or being saved. She hoped that she would get to solve riddles, or use her brain in some way, that would make it a million times more fun!
The Ravenclaw hoped that there would be very little climbing, mostly due to the fact that her dress which she had decided would not kill her to wear for one night, was rather long.
After her summer adventures with her grandmother Clair was able to walk a little bit better in dresses, but climbing was a task she had not yet mastered. She would be fine being either the Damsel or the Rescuer, but it seemed much more fitting for Clair to be a Rescuer, so that was what she had her heart set on being.
With her trusty wand in it's holster she got ready to start the game, she was sooooo going to save her damsel, with a cocky grin she started reading the note, "Ready to be saved by the one and only Clair Fernandez?" She said towards the tower. "Lets go."

Whoa! The ball had turned out brilliant so far! Clair had agreed to sign up to play a really cool game together! It wasn't spin the bottle, but Colin thought this was pretty cool too! "I'm glad you agreed to play this game with me Clair! It's gonna be just like the old fairy stories, lass! This is gonna be sooo much fun! I hope they don't transfigure me into a toad. Would you kiss me as a toad to turn me back into a boy, Clair?" Colin was literally skipping at Clair's side as they followed along towards where the game was to start.
They followed the candy trails up towards the owlery. "Clair! It looks like one of us is gonna end up in the owlery! I reckon that'll be me. I'll bet you could fly up there once you've solved your quest!" At last they got there and were greeted by very scary witches who looked like they'd try and throw the poor damsels into a hot oven! The game was explained, and it seemed pretty simple: the knight had to save her poor damsel, or in Colin's case, werewolf, in distress! Colin turned to Clair and pretended to faint dramatically, flopping his wrist over his forehead. "Oh, save me, save me good lady knight! Help help, I'm being repressed! You're my only hope Obi Wan!"
Colin watched Clair as she got her instructions and got ready to start the game. He reckoned he and his fellow damsels would have some task to do up in the owlery. Probably scrubbing owl poop from the floor like poor Cinderella! She'd have to conquer a corn maze. She gave him a cocky look and said: "Ready to be saved by the one and only Clair Fernandez? Lets go."
He laughed at the way Clair said that. His heart was so thumpy and happy! She'd saved him before, he knew. She could do this easily! Colin pumped his fists in the air and replied: "Team C and C! You've so got this Clair!" Colin was pumped and excited for the game to start and he was practically dancing all around Clair! "I'm sooooo ready to be rescued by the one and only Clair Fernandez! Owoooooooooooooo!!"

Daphne had joined the game with David, with him as the Rescuer and her as the Damsel. She didn't think that she'd make a good Rescuer considering she was a newbie when it came to spells, plus she believed David was more experienced than her anyway. And would searching for him with a big gown like hers really be practical? Not to mention something inside of her wanted to be saved, it reminded her of those fairytale stories she read about as a kid. Her cheeks flushed from the thought of David being her prince...no it wasn't like that. They were just friends who went to the ball together, right? Even if they didn't win, she'd still be happy and hang out with him. "I believe in you, Dave!" Daphne exclaimed right before the witches would lead the damsels to the owlery. She would stand for a few moments, examining the other damsels. Most of them were strangers, but she may as well try to ally up with one or two. Taking a deep breath, Daphne began to search the floor and any corners, looking for any potions. Perhaps it was in a hidden compartment? Was the entire floor smooth-could anything be hidden under an object?
