Brooms At The Ready!

The day had finally arrived! After Irina's and Rita's brilliant idea for a Quidditch training, they had made several announcements on school to call for more participants. The real match between Hufflepuff and Gryffindor was about to come, and Irina wanted to help her friend Riri getting prepared for her first game at Hogwarts. Good thing is against Gryffindor...if it was against Slytherin she wouldn't be so eager to help. Sweet Hufflepuffs or not, there are things that can't be changed and Irina's determination to win and bad temper for a loser is one of those things!
It was a little foggy this morning, the autumn's sun seemed not wanting to shine today. Outside there was a light cold breeze, and the grass was a little slippery due to last night's rain. It wasn't the best weather's state for a first game but, she thought, that way Riri would be prepared to play under not so perfect conditions.
After breakfast, Irina, went to the Quidditch Training Pitch, she wanted to get there earlier so she could arrange things before others' arrival. She was dressed with her grey's sweatpants and a simple black hoodie, hooping she could be comfortable enough on top of the broom to play a good match.
She's not a "real" chaser yet, but she wanted to do a good impression today, so she was feeling excited and a little nervous. The only times she had played quidditch was with her family at her house's backyard and it's not even half size of the place where she was standing now. She grabbed the quidditch trunk supplies and put it in the middle of the pitch. She seated on top of it with her schools' broom on her lap and waited for others to come while looking at the piece of parchment on her hand. Last night she had made a rolling dice, to know how the two teams would be formed. She was looking at the results. Half of the people she didn't even know nothing about, but was very happy that they had took some of their time to went for this game!

Brooms At The Ready!
It was the morning of Oct 10th, the day of the mini Quidditch match, exactly 2 days after the ball. Luckily, the weather was quite nice, with the autumn sun shining on the blue sky, which is perfect for Quidditch practice. After breakfast, bringing her brand-new nimbus 1700 donated by Hufflepuff Quidditch team members through the Hufflepuff Broom fund, Rita came to the Quidditch Training Pitch. To prepare for the upcoming Quidditch match against Gryffindor, her very first official Quidditch match, with the help of her Slytherin friend Irina, Rita has planned to hold a mini Quidditch match with a group of friends who signed up when she put the notice poster on the wall. To keep the match simple, there were no seekers, only 1 beater, 1 keeper, and 2 chasers on each team. Thankfully, Irina told Rita she has assigned the two teams, although Rita did not know exactly how the participants were divided. Now, they just have to bring their brooms, come to the Quidditch Training Pitch, and wait for the mini Quidditch match to start.
When Rita arrived at the Quidditch Training Pitch, Irina was already there seating on her broom and waiting for the participants to arrive. Rita also sat on her broom, and waved to Irina with a smile, "Good morning, Irina! How are you feeling today? The weather today is pretty nice, isn`t it? Are you excited for our mini Quidditch match? Now, we just wait for the other participants to arrive, then we can start the game, right?"

Brooms At The Ready!
It was October 10th and Violet was very excited today. Today, for the first time in her life she would be practising quidditch. Even though it wasn’t an offical quidditch match for the young slytherin for her own house it would be a practice and experience nonetheless. She already wanted to be in her quidditch team someday but first she needed to practise as she was still new to playing the game and she wanted to improve her skills before joining the slytherin quidditch team.
So Irina and a few people she didn’t know yet wanted to practise a match for a Hufflepuff quidditch player Rita Su against her gryffindor opponents for the upcoming quidditch match and she wanted to be a part of it and she got accepted to the practise team as one of the chasers. It was good that the upcoming match was hufflepuff versus gryffindor, obviously, she wouldn’t stand against her own house like that.
The sky looked perfect for the quidditch practise today. She was holding her school broom (she would buy a better equipped broom someday!) and headed towards the quidditch training pitch.
When she arrived there she saw two people already there, her friend Irina next to who she assumed was Rita. “Hello!” she said as she walked to them, waving her hand as a greeting.

Brooms At The Ready!
It had been some time since Ginyami had played a game of quidditch, but he missed it a great deal. That was why when he heard some Hogwarts students were recruiting players for a practice game, he decided to sign up as a Keeper. He had told his fellow Mahoutokoro students about the game in case they wanted to sign up as well and he thought he had seen at least one of them do so. Otherwise, he was going to be playing with a bunch of strangers. No - new acquaintances once he got to know them.
As he walked onto the field with his Firebolt, he saw a curly-haired brunette girl sitting on a trunk in the center of the pitch and assumed she was the one handling the dispersion of people into teams. The teams would be small as the poster had advertised - no seekers, one beater, one keeper, and two chasers per team. It would be an interesting game for sure.
Ginyami's thoughts drifted to a certain Durmstrang Seeker and his invitation to play quidditch with him some time. Part of the reason he wanted to play this game was because after so long of having not played, he thought the game would be a good warm-up for his rusty skills. Otherwise Valentin would have borne witness to just how badly Ginyami's abilities had deteriorated during the years he hadn't played or kept up with his training and he couldn't have that at all.
As he walked up to the center of the pitch, he began to notice other students begin to show up. There was a girl with straight black hair and glasses. Another girl had straight, ginger hair and freckles. The one with the glasses called out to the one with the curly brown hair, addressing her as 'Irina'. The one with freckles, however, just greeted the other girls with a simple 'hello'. Ginyami wondered just how much the trio knew about each other and if they were close. The first two girls certainly seemed to be.
"Good morning," the fourth year greeted the girls with a wave and his usual smile. "My name is Ginyami Midorimori. A pleasure to meet you all," he told them, bowing at his waist with his broom still in his hand.
