or well- transfer to your new account. I think you have to do some stuff for it though. But it is possible!!

If your iNPC is Y2 or older when you deactivate, you will have to wait until you are Y2 on your new character to have the same iNPC on your new account. As a new character you would once again be starting at Y1. You cannot have a Y2+ iNPC on a new account as that new character would be Y1. But once you become Y2 on your new character, you can bring your iNPC from your other account over to your new account if that iNPC is Y2. If your iNPC is Y3 then you have to wait on your new character until you are Y3 too etc...
But note that if you decide to bring your iNPC over from your old account into your new account, you cannot make a new iNPC for your new account. Your iNPC for your new account would be the one from your old account. And if that iNPC is Y2 and your new character is Y1 you can't play that iNPC until your new character is Y2 and you cannot make a new iNPC on your new account until your new character reaches Y2. So essentially if your iNPC is Y2 from your old account that you want to play on your new account, you'd have to wait for 1 year with no iNPC at all to bring the other one over.
If that all makes sense.
However, if your iNPC is Y1 then I believe you can just transfer the iNPC from your old account over onto your new account right off the bat.
