You should do your posts on HiO and do preview post all the time!
That way if you accidentally delete it you can just hit the back button and your post should be there!

What I do is I do preview post when it's done and then I highlight it and copy and paste it into a word counter and then add the #. That way if something bad happens I can just hit back and the post will still be there most of the time haha.
