One I can't post on here. But in pg-13 it really left me questioning life and my mental health went down the drain. But it's slowly getting better

When I was 9.
I went in my mom's room looking for her because I wanted to ask what was for dinner.
And I saw her bookshelf, totally innocent or whatever right? I have ADHD and love reading, even at that age I did, so I got distracted and began looking for something to read because I didn't have a lot in my room to read at the time. And I saw a horror book that I thought would be good!
