You can't deactivate until you reach the 6 month period. You still have not reached the 6 month period. The fastest date you can deactivate is October 25th as you signed up on April 25th. It has not yet been 6 months. That's why your new account is not validated yet because you are not eligible to deactivate as of right now. Since today is October 25th, this will probably be the first time you are eligible to do so. But I looked at your deactivation link and it said you have been owled about this. Maybe you need to respond to a certain question before they can process your account?
It also can take some time when they start to process, so give it a few days or weeks.

A lot of the people deactivating are either new (aka 1st years) or have returned after a long hiatus and no longer feel connected to the characters they'd played before. So I guess those reasons?

I want to reroll since I made so many mistakes with stats, abilities, talents/races etc... and wanted a different House too but Kim's involved in so many things now that I can't do that. So I'm stuck ahahaha. But I do have a plan for after graduation! XD

Hi!
Just got home from driving school and can now proudly say that I am done with Theory (it was extremely boring most of the time). Soon I'll be able to do my Theoretical test, then I can start with Driving Lessons and then I'll hopefully be done in December xD
