Remember beans stay for a maximum of 6hrs.
They pop up at 6AM, 12PM noon, 6PM and 12AM midnight.
The 6am bean will last until 12PM noon.
12PM noon will last until 6PM and 12AM midnight will last until 6AM.
If you can't find them during the time period they are up for then it's in a place where you can't access at the time. As some places open up as you go up in years, or happen to have a magical item that allows you access early. But they are always there from the time periods I listed above!
