So- an atom has a proton, which is positive. A electron, which is negative. And a neutron, which is neutral. The positive, negative, and neutral aspects are charges. They make up everything. Atoms make up everything." He hoped he answered all the questions- because since he hasn't been to muggle school in several years, he forgot a little bit on atoms- even if they went over it in Transfiguration.
