Capture The Jolly Roger
Yet another failure. It was starting to make her angry just how the tables turned in this game. It was all for fun, she had to remind herself. Before the round began, watching a ship sink into the faux ocean had almost calmed her insatiable need to win. It'd been amusing. Even as they started to restructure their plan of attack to accommodate new players, Lucky had been calm. When the round began, once again, she jumped from the ship with ease and excitement, passing their obstacle with practiced movements.
She even managed to bypass the Pink Parrots' obstacle. Where she had once stolen a flag after a quick encounter, Lucky faced yet another defeat from an opponent far too advanced for her. She failed to take back a Crossbones flag for her team. The little brunette fixed her rival with a glare, accepting her own defeat before she left the ship once again. The spinning wheel was second-hand knowledge to her almost. She mechanically went through the motions, clearing it with ease before making her way back tot he Crossbones ship. Once she reached the deck, Lucky huffed.
She hadn't been the only one to return empty-handed but the defeat was still embarrassing after such a strong start. Brushing her hands through her hair in frustration, Lucky made her way across the deck to look into the base -- and was shocked to see so few flags left. ❛ We're going to lose at this rate... ❜, she mumbled, wishing she could have done better if only to help her team. The last thing she wanted was to be a hindrance. With a deep sigh, Lucky flopped down onto the deck, taking a moment to catch her breath before the final round would begin.

Louca successfully beat the obstacle, but then was seen by the defender. He prepared himself for another dip in the water, but still made sure to put his best effort into dodging the defender's motions. He was surprised to find himself on the other side of them, but quickly grabbed a flag, and turned around, returning to his ship. Throwing his hands up, he shouted. "Yeah! That's better! I knew I could get it! Wooooooo!" He did some weird, awkward victory dance, waving the flag around.
Placing it with the others, Louca gathered around to talk strategy, energized enough that he couldn't keep still, bouncing from foot to foot, raring to go back out and hopefully bring back another flag before the game ended. Quickly he spoke up, "I'd like to go back out, but not for the Golden Flag, I think I'd not likely be successful there." Though admittedly he hadn't been successful the first two rounds either, but he felt he had more hope of getting a normal flag than the Golden Flag.
Preparing to go back out, Louca set off as soon as he could, a second wind keeping his legs pumping and his feet swift. It was the last round and he hoped he could contribute to their victory.

Teal was down? It was a little sad to see another ship go, but Kit appreciated the display. Incendio was certainly a cool spell, watching as woods charred and the boat sunk into the water. She was most impressed that nothing else got burned in the process, the smoke pretty evident in the smell. It was certainly in summer camp's name to cause a spectacle. But onwards! She had flags to capture.
The wooden platforms were kind of fun, a grin appearing as she stared them down. With a running start, she easily leaped from platform to platform, barely touching it before launching herself onto the next one. No falling, no damage. As quick as she could, Kit used her leftover momentum to rush on of the defenders and the flag, shoving the person aside as her hand reached for one of their flags. With a quick apology and a thanks, the rising third year was out of there.
She was always worried about getting back. Each time, the quidditch player seemed closer to falling into the waters below. Kit much preferred air and land, thank you very much. She'd get it right this time, but not without giving the obstacle a suspicious glance before putting the newly acquired flag in Pink Parrots' stash of flags.

It was a risky move heading back to steal another flag with one still on his persons. He felt it was what a pirate would do, playing to the theme fed his motive. Continuing with his plundering ways, Oliver leapt from platform to platform until he boarded the Coral Crossbones ship successfully. A task he had yet to fail this game. There was no need to search for the flags as he knew where to go.
The defender on board had his hands full as four others swarmed the ship. Seeing an opportunity the second year Hufflepuff rushed forward. Feeling a bit singled out as the defender tried to get in his way unsuccessfully, Oliver snatched another flag and made his way back to base. "Try not to get hit this time." He mocked himself after his last failed attempt.
Fortune favored the bold in Olivers case. He managed his way back to base with not just one, but two flags and a huge grin painted across his face to go with them. "Turns out Hufflepuffs ARE good at finding things." He joked light heartedly. It was safe to say the boy was glad he had signed up for this event- he was having a blast.
With one round left and a hunger for more flags in his stomach Oliver went on the offensive once more.

The Castelobruxo Duellist did not know whether he draw the short straw or perhaps odds was not in his and his team favor throughout the game. As the last round will be coming soon, Ronnie could not give up now. As he told his team what all of them need to do, all of them spring into action. He watched each and every team member of his begin their attack on each and every ship he had assigned them to.
Once he saw his team member spring into action. Ronnie began his own action too. The Brazilian move with a mindset that he will try to conquer the golden Jolly Rogers flag. At first, he managed to pass the rotating wooden while his opponent who had the same mindset as him failed to do so. Ronnie then started to climb a steadily inclining tightrope.
If only he watched where he going, perhaps he could pass the second obstacle like the first one with ease. But again, the odds were not in his favor as he tripped on his own feet and fell to the cold water below him. The cool sensation of the water welcomed him since slow and steady the sun raised in the sky, the day slowly getting hotter and hotter.
As Ronnie threaded the water, he begins to jump back to his own ship. Once he arrived at his home base. He saw that his home base flags had only four flags that remain in his ship's possession. It frustrated the young Captain but he can not put the blame on his deck mates as much as he wanted to.
If Coral Crossbones failed under his leadership then all of them were the ones to blame not just him or his deck mates. Slowly his deck mates returned to their ship. Some successfully gained a flag but some come back home empty-handed. As much as he wants to win, his team morale is much more important than winning.
Though winning the whole thing will be sweeter but at least his deck mates give all they god. "Alright, listen here!"Ronnie's blue-grey eyes bounced from one person to the next person once everyone gather on the ship. "First of all, it is such a pleasure for playing with you meninos, meninas, e pessoas não-binárias, boys, girls, and non-binary people"He started.
His eyes glance quickly to the remaining flag that was left. "We only have four flags left and at this rate, if all of our flags get stolen we lost the game but winning was not everything,"Ronnie continued. "The important thing here was we had fun and you lot gave the best of you got,"The Castelobruxo student smiled up to his deck mate.
"Sure, some of you feel like it was your fault for making us lose flags gradually but do not feel bad about it. Thank you for giving your best effort. So, since the end draws closer, this is what we going to do,"Ronnie then huddles his deck mates to share strategy one last time. Once the strategy had been hashed out, Ronnie gave a side hug to each and every one of them as a way of him showing his gratitude.

Beginnings always end eventually; Some for good and others for bad. This time it felt like the end had come too soon. It was a little bittersweet that this was the last round of Capture the Jolly Rodger. There was almost no chance that the Lilac Leviathans would win, but Kamila would not give up hope. More unexpected things have happened before.
Capture the Jolly Rodger had been such a fun game. Even though she had considered quitting last round Kamila knew that if given the option she would play this game again, maybe then her team would win.
Kamila hoped to see her team members again after the game was over. They all seemed like nice individuals. Even though they were probably not going to win Kamila did not mind, which was not like her since Kamila usually only cared about winning.
Kamila turned her focus back to Capture the Jolly Rodger there were four other ships still standing and then of course the ship that belonged to her team. Hopefully, Kamila's team's next moves would be successful. Then they would have a chance of not ending in last place. Kamila readied herself for her last move this time she wasn't going miss.

PINK PARROTS
───•─•────────────────────────────────────•─•───It seemed like Evelynn was finally getting the hang of her role. The rope had been a touch gangly initially, the leaden cord burdensome to wield. It had been quite some time since she had had to make any kind of use of an actual lasso, and bolas had really only held a theoretical understanding of how they functioned. But it seemed their use came somewhat naturally to the redhead. She had secured moderate success during her first bout serving as sole defender, and her determination would only heighten following that.
Rather than feel discouraged, she would face the oncoming onslaught of students with a lionesses' fearless gaze. She might have been drastically outnumbered, but she was quite used to being targeted by multiple individuals, having to dodge student and bludger and broom alight. She would take them on as close to one at a time as she could, occasionally using the rope to hook the feet of two together and dissuade multiple attempted thefts at the same time. By the end of it, she felt rather winded, her breaths coming in short spurts and a slight sheen of sweat leaving her face glowing. All of it only served to further her confidence and determination to see their flags protected, however. They would come again, she knew. And they would be turned away again. That was a promise.Action: As strategized

CORAL CROSSBONES
───•─•────────────────────────────────────•─•───Gleeful on the heels of her last success, Greta bounded easily from platform to platform back to her own ship. Their obstacle always looked rather daunting, but she thought she had rather gotten the hang of it by now. Far below, the water would lap gently against the boat, but she would think little of it, merely waving at it cheekily as if to say she would never properly make its acquaintance. Shoving her stolen flag in with the rest, she would vault back up to the front of the ship, ready to take off all over again. Surprise would come when one of the ships would be sunk, however, brows rising as she looked to the rest of her teammates. Was that part of the game, she wondered? Were they at risk of being targeted and having their ship blown up and all their hard earned booty lost the seas? She certainly hoped not. But there was little she could do, she supposed, if that were to happen.
The best she could do would be to keep fighting the good fight. To steal as many other flags as possible before their time was up. Once again, she would direct herself towards the Sapphire ship. Her strategy was no secret. There were team efforts, and then there was Greta trying to one-up Theodore, and considering he was at least equal to her efforts and her last attempt had resulted in the accidental retrieval of the WRONG COLOUR, she would have to step things up a notch. As soon as the rest of her team was off, she too would depart, headed straight for that beam that traversed the expanse between their ships.

Sophia knew her footing was off as soon as she stepped onto one of the platforms leading to the Pink ship.
It'd been a shame to see her own ship sink into nothingness, but the game didn't stop just for one little setback such as that, so she'd fallen into a new team. The obstacle leading there hadn't seemed to be much of an issue before, but maybe Sophia's exhaustion was getting the better of her, because it was becoming quite insurmountable now.
She felt the platform give way beneath her as she fell into the water, thankful for the floatation devices on her arms. She wasn't the strongest swimmer, and she likely would have failed at an attempt to swim out without the arm floats.
She took a moment to catch her breath before trying to make her way out. Hopefully her she hadn't let her new team down too terribly much.
She began to swim - pick an apple, put it in your pocket - toward her new ship, shooting a short glance to the empty space on which her old ship had once floated, but only briefly. She had to focus. They were in the endgame now.
This was it. It was do or die, and Sophia didn't much feel like dying.
