OK but I do feel strongly about the fact above me since yes, I know what a phobia is and I hate to say I have it- but my parents will never test me to be sure because they don't care but whenever I see a roach at any distance, I have a panic attack. It was so bad one morning when I was home alone I couldn't move for a while and I was numb. (In case you're wondering. I managed to swipe up on my phone to my emergency contacts and contact my friend who knew how to handle me when this happens) . Then other people claim to have a phobia of, say a bee, bit then a bee goes by and they just wave their hands a but and act frightened. So yeah, I believe that random fact but it just makes me annoyed because I might be one of those people who claim to have it and I'll never be sure.

Yeah, people tend to misunderstand mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, phobia, OCD, and PTSD. because swearing is normal in the uk, it’s pretty much necessary at this point. americans feel that sweating is a bad thing but it’s totally not here!!
