Keeping her eyes on the skies, River flew round and round trying to get some idea of where the snitch was. She could hear goals being scored left and right, and tried her best not to be distracted. She had one task. And it was not an easy one to say the least.

River glancedover to the other seeker, hoping to get some inout on whether they’d seen the snitch yet or not. However it left her no smarter, so she held on tight and rose a little further.

Frustrated over her lack of luck, she barely even noticed the bludger heading right for her. As she prepared for her fall, she was saved in just the right moment, and caught a glimpse of her teammates plumeting insted of herself. She gasped at the surprise, but resisted the urge to swoop down and help. Their sacrifice would be for nothing if she didn’t keep going. She flew off hoping someone would have managed to save Sylvain and Jorah from hitting the ground.

Defending. What a great strategy. Edward had to roll his eyes as an attempt to prove he didn't give a crap about Durmstrang. Protection needs to consider the other side for consent. While Eddy was in this game just to try to win Koldov some honor, he had to growl and moan for any attacks made against him. Edward smirked as he defended Val.

For once she was actually terrified for her life. The chance for her to actually play on her last day on the team was a tad higher than usual. So many Ravenclaws were down including their best cheaters, and it was overall awful to say the least. And- wait… Is that… three people on one broom?

Madhup wasn't taking his penalty all too hard. Call it pride, or delusion, or some bizarre alternative method of processing, but he wasn't feeling all that much like a "cheater". It certainly didn't feel like cheating when their gameplay was such a fine display of stratagem, strength, and skill. He was surfing along, not regretting his life's choices, when he witnessed Lysander diving in to finish what he had started. The broom bearing a duo of witches was going down.

"YES! YES! Y- oop!" His arms were pumping overhead, until the sheer force of his jubilation just about put him out of the game. Mad wobbled precariously, only to play it off with some fancy left and right swooping, before making the sensible decision to sit down once again. He coasted effortlessly, still beaming with immense pride for the pack. He'd gotten through that lap speedily enough. Time to get back in the game, see what their Seeker was up to....

Edme realized in a sharp inhale that it was her turn to take a step onto the pitch. Their hands gripped their broom tightly, suddenly feeling very sweaty. There wasn’t much to lose, maybe a limb or two, but there were magic fixes to that, right? Probably. She could do this. Probably.

They stood in a bit of shaky confidence and went out onto the field, hopping onto her broom.

I smiled and nodded as Valetin pulled up alongside me, spinning my bat in hand as I mulled over his proposition. "Yes... That might just work." I ruffled his hair before whispering back an addendum to his proposal, sealing up the cracks and accounting for risks that could have come of the plan. "Sound good?"

All plans were a go. Leaning into the black Firebolt, I watched Valetin take to the skies again, as my sights focused on the opposing seeker. The Bludger hurtles my way, and as Lysander knocked two students off their broom with an incredible Blatch of pure strength, I swing my bat and send it towards the redheaded seeker.

At the last moment, the boy riding the Moontrimmer flies in front of her, taking the full force of the hit. He and his rider fly off into the air before being snagged by the other beater. Three people on a broom. Most impressive. I hardly pay any mind to the ricochet, which strikes another redhead and leaving her barely clinging on. An impressive heart, she must have, to withstand such a bone-crunching blow.

I place my bat over my knees and slow clap at the trio on the broom, more specifically at the boy and the beater that I had knocked out of the sky. "Congratulations. You played yourselves! Flew right into it, and I wasn't even aiming for you!"

I ride alongside Lysander as he starts his lap. "Excellent work, Lys. Get back here ASAP."

I shout to all of Yilbegan in a rousing war cry as thunder roars overhead in glorious rumbles that herald the coming of Stribolg itself. Lightning crashes and testifies itself, a white and blue glory that illuminated the oath to victory. "LET'S GET THEM, BOYS! STRIBOLG IS WITH US! FOR THE YILBEGÄN!"

"No promises." Winnie teased her friend before joining her team mates in the sky. She focused on trying to score a few points for Ravenclaw, distract the team at least a little bit. It was unfortunate for her that she did not notice the bludger in time.

Pain was not something the girl was unused to, but the flying object did cause her to cry out, mostly from shock as it collided against her body. It had mostly hit her side, but had managed to smack her face as well. She was once again left with a bloody nose. Luckily Winnie was tough, a childhood growing up on a farm had provided her with the ability to endure more than a single bludger. Grinding her teeth she would take a moment to wiped her nose with the sleeve of her shirt and spit the blood that had pooled in her mouth onto the ground.

"I'd say nice hit but I'm still on my broom. You're cute though, so go ahead and try again. Maybe this time you'll get me." Despite the rather dreary looking position she was in it didn't stop her from winking at the beater before flying away. No point in letting them know they've shaken you. Just get back up and keep going.
