Indeed, that one has been around for a bit now. Unfortunately, I doubt it's something they'll never be able to get rid of. I dont normally suggest this but block him until he verifies he is clean.
A temp boot from shared servers is also not a bad idea. Obviously invite him back after, but to protect users from the spread.
