I checked your trunk and you need 11 points to get wandmaker ability. Since you're a 1st year and you get +5 points each year, you can't get wandmaker as your 2nd year ability because you'll only have a total of 14 wisdom at that point in time if you put all 5 points into wisdom and nothing else. Wandmaker ability requires 20 wisdom to take it. Also if you put your next +5 points for being 3rd year into wisdom you'd have a total of 19 wisdom. The soonest you'd be able to get it would be 4th year.
And that's only if you only put all your points into just wisdom each year.
EDIT: I mixed up wandmaker with wandless magic... wandless magic is what I was referring to. Gah.
